This company is a con. The products they ship out are completely different in colour and quality to what’s advertised. I bought a pair of shoes that were so different to the beautiful photo online and the sizing was terrible. Cheap and nasty. I requested that they pay for return postage because the items were not as described. They stopped responding to my emails and so now I’m left with a crappy pair of shoes and cheap and nasty bikini shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Scam!

Do not purchase anything from this company, they are very bad. I ordered an air conditioning unit, it’s come from china after about 6 weeks, tried to cancel before it came, it still got del, I could only send back at my own expense to china. A month on I’m still waiting for a 30% refund which I agreed to as it was the only option. The machine doesn’t Evan have a English plug, it’s a disgrace, I feel I have been conned

Like the previous reviewer stated this company are horrendous.I too ordered air conditioner 12000 Btu for £399 .I received an evaporative air cooler NOT an air conditioner.Totally useless.I contacted them and after a month of email table tennis I have contacted my bank.Surprise surprise they have had numerous complaints about them.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered an air conditioner/cooler from this company, but unfortunately, what I received after waiting for about a month and a half was completely different from what I had ordered. On top of that, the price I paid was significantly higher than the market price.

I contacted the company by email and requested a refund. After a long period of back and forth, they finally agreed to refund 40% of my payment. However, it has now been around three weeks since I received their confirmation of the refund, and I still haven’t received my money.

I have sent them multiple emails asking for an update, but no one is responding. I have received no payment, no proper explanation, and no useful response from their customer service.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Do not buy from these clowns.

I ordered 2 dresses for a funeral on 28th July. I cancelled the order the same day and was told I would receive my refund within 10 days. I'm still waiting...

Do not buy from this company. They shipped me an air conditioning unit that does not match the product description, model, or technical specifications advertised on their website. It is completely useless for my space because it is not the product I paid for. When I contacted customer service to report their mistake, they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they told me I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship the heavy unit back to China—which costs almost as much as the item itself. They intentionally send incorrect items and use impossible return logistics to trap you with a wrong product. Absolute cowboy operation. Avoid at all costs!

First I did not receive an email with the tracking information, even though I was told I would get one, after three weeks the fan came but it had an UK plug and need a US plug, that was not mentioned in the description,I brought one and the fan did not, the motor didn’t spin not spin, I sent 5 emails but no response so I will have to get my credit card company involved ☹️

Unbelievably bad experience. All kinds of bs excuses for why the delivery is delayed. Shipment issues etc. do not use, they are obviously shoestring operation trying to sell stuff they do not have.

Absolutely do NOT buy from this company. My experience was exactly as others have described and I have learnt the lesson to thoroughly check reviews on any new company before using them. I began to be concerned a few days after making my purchase and having contacted the company to chase up the despatch of my item which was a garden chair costing £500. The response was simply fobbing me off with delaying tactics and at that point, I looked at online reviews. The flood of negative comments online was sufficient to make me realise that this purchase had been a big mistake. At that point I emailed the company and demanded a full refund since my order had not been despatched. It took me nearly 3 weeks and the intervention of my bank to get my money refunded, but happily, I do have all my money back.
I was given a number of excuses such as
1)The order couldn't be cancelled because it had already been checked and processed for despatch.
2)They could offer me 10% discount for being patient and continuing to wait.
3)The order has been refunded but it would take a few days to reach my bank account.

None of the above proved to be true, but as soon as I advised them that my bank was pursuing the issue via the charge back process, the money appeared in my bank account within 24 hours !

My advice if you have already made a purchase but it has not been despatched is to cancel it and demand a refund. You will have to be persistent and refuse to accept anything other than a full refund. The company is based in China, not in France as shown on the website and returning anything will prove very expensive.

Don't buy from this company. If the poor quality item is not to your taste when it arrives, you will have nothing but hassle. The returns address is in China and postage is at your own expense. Or they have offered me a 30% refund. It's a scam, folks.

Guys. Please please please stay away from these people. They are borderline crooks. Took nearly £800 off me and now the credit card company are dealing with it. Told me it was too late to cancel an order as it was already on its way. Never received anything, neither did I get my refund. Got told several times by them that the refund had been processed. Card provider said different. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Look at the other reviews. Please bear in mind they’ll likely try and bat away my comments for obvious reasons. Purchase off them at your own risk!!!

SCAMMERS! took money, same complaint as everyone else, kept telling me to be more patient and wait, Fed Ex page kept telling me they hadn't received the parcel then the tracking number wouldn't even work at all. I've had to get my credit card company involved , AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!

This company is a scam, it's expensive rubbish! They do not answer emails about returns and completely ingore your messages. DO NOT purchase from this company!

Never use them, I order air conditioner unit by end of June and today is 24 of July and still waiting for it. I ask for refund but even to sending any email that person replied my order is on way.
This is proper scam!!!

Absolute shambles, ordered our goods with express delivery, two weeks in no sign of it, chased and chased, eventually they sent a FedEx tracking number, but 10 days later FedEx still not received the items, had to get the credit card company involved to resolve. Wenever got our goods, but at least we got our money back from cc.

Wish I'd read the trust pilot reviews before also being scammed by this company! I ordered an aircon unit from them at the beginning of July, and still not received. I received 4 separate emails confirming shipment, none of which were genuine. I asked for a refund on 13 July and was told the next day to be patient as they had just completed the quality checks and it would be shipped very soon! Can't even track the order on their website as it states order cannot be found!! Now raised a dispute with my bank and hope that I can get my money back.

SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. if I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered an air con unit weeks ago and whenever i tried to track it via the site it said 'order not found' demanded a refund suspecting I had been scammed and they said 'sorry for delay use this link to track'. Again, tracking didn't work. I today received two small empty ice blocks instead of the £400 air conditioning unit that I ordered. Complete scam

To be honest I would not even give it one if I could I placed a order a month ago I recieved something I had not ordered and it was nowhere near the price for my order I have emailed them ten times all I get back is an aotomated email saying they will get back to me in one to two days which they have not done I am considering it a loss of £129 I am fed up trying to get any sense out of the. I cannot even find a tel number for them absolutely disgusted would not recomend to anybody

The delivery tine is rediculous, it stated shipped 04/07/26.. still waiting for it to be shipped. 17/07/26. I have emailed the company several times. Requested a refund several times. The company ignores my request. I will never order from them again.
