Same as all the others on here with the air con unit. Got sent an air cooler. I got my money back from the credit card company straight away. No way was I paying to return the air cooler. Hope this company gets shut down.

Same experience as many other reviews, ordered portable aircon unit, nicely advertised, long wait for delivery, received a cheap air cooler, very difficult to return or get a refund, this must be a business model that works for them to make a profit but it is a SCAM company, do not be tempted to buy a single product from them

I ordered an air conditioner from Loppist, but they sent me a completely different product — an air cooler.

What really bothers me is the way they are dealing with the problem. Their website says one thing about returns, but then their emails say something completely different. On their website, it says that they cover the return cost when the wrong item is sent, but in their emails they are trying to make me pay for the return.

I feel like they are misleading customers and trying to avoid taking responsibility. Instead of simply fixing the problem and giving me my money back, they keep going around in circles and offering me only 50% of my money.
Return costs me around 60£ because they are shipping from China. ( I did jot know when I ordered)
I paid around $262 and just want my money back for the product I never ordered.

Very bad experience. I would not recommend this company.

The company has not given a refund and is making it difficult to address by coming up with spurious options - e.g we will give you a free pair of shoes and re credit if buy via our site! Oh but you need to pay delivery! They have no idea about consumer rights - don’t buy from them.

I’m also part of the aircon scam. Purchased a 9000 btu aircon unit as was sent a cheap room fan after 9 weeks. Have since sent the item back to china at a cost of £60 only to find out that they ignore delivery’s and do not answer the contact number provided. Had an email from UPS this morning stating that the item will now be destroyed. So here I am £260 out of pocket and currently trying to claim through my credit card. Please please please don’t order a single thing from this company, it’s a complete scam. Only wish I’d seen this page before ordering.

Ordered 6 July 2026, shipping delayed for nearly 4 weeks in China, lost in England for a further 3 weeks and it was delivered 27 August. It wasn’t a portable AC unit but a knock off Air Cooler.

I emailed Loppist; rejected the goods and demanded a refund. They’ve faffed around with 10% and 40% refunds or store credit compromises so I took screenshots of the email chain, receipt and product description, and disputed the transaction with my bank under Chargeback. 2 September and my money has been refunded by Starling.

With reference to my last review I went to my Bank and made a complaint of Fraud to my bank as I had been Scammed.
The bank repaid my money that day and I believe they are aware of this company so please do not buy from them ever. I threw the air cooler out as there is no way I would plug that item in as they are crooks

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN. COMPANY CHARGED US £174 FOR A CRAPPY MINI AIR COOLER WHICH WAS ADVERTISED AS AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH A VENT.
WAS TOLD 2 WEEKS WAIT, GOT IT AFTER 20 DAYS (CLEARLY LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS)
HAD NO TRACKING AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS FAILED ONLY TO HAVE THE PLASTIC RUBBISH ARRIVE INSTEAD.😡😡

This company is a scam. Like others i ordered a 9000 BTU air conditioner, but received a cheap air cooler. Even on complaining, the only (eventual) offer was either return the air cooler at my own cost to china, or 50% refund. I never got the air coditioner so am seeking money back through section 75

Unfortunately I also fell for this AC scam too. Waited more than a month for the item to arrive and received a cheap water cooling unit instead. It’s been weeks of back and forth with the seller who has been offering low refund and not agreeing to pay for a prepaid return label. I am at my wits end. I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute with them. Hoping they can resolve this for me. Thanks to others here, I have also raised a complaint with Whop the payment provider. The seller now has 14 days to respond to my complaint via Whop and my credit card company will also raise a dispute. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Do not order from this company. I ordered two large items that on arrival were incorrect. I had to ship the items back to China at which point they didn’t accept the parcels and leaving me with no refund.

The admin team seem to know what they are talking about UNTIL they stop replying to emails.

Definitely do not purchase ANYTHING, and if you do, do it on a credit card.

Sent an air con unit, which wasn’t as described. Fell straight into the trap like many others. Customer service asked me to video the product not working. 🤷‍♀️
Then asked for photo’s. It’s such a scam!!!!
No refund and just ignoring my emails.

SCAM! Air Con Unit
Elaborate scam. Place order on website>they raise shipping order in CHINA>weeks pass>they ship an item> Item arrives but it IS NOT an air con unit>its some sort of fan unit that fits ice bricks>complain>they offer 10% off the fan>complain and demand refund.

Collect your evidence of requesting a refund and then go to your credit card company for refund.

TOTAL SCAM: Sent a cheap domestic cooler instead of the AC
Warning to anyone considering buying from Lppoist: this company is an absolute scam. I ordered a 9000 BTU air conditioner, but they sent me a cheap, useless air cooler instead. When I contacted customer service, they dragged me through a nightmare of over 10 emails just to avoid giving me my money back. Their "solutions" Refused a full refund. First offered a measly 10% refund 1.Bumped it to 25% only after I kept fighting. Finally demanded me to pay the shipping costs to return it to China, which costs more than the item itself! They intentionally make returning items impossible so you give up. Thankfully, my credit card company investigated and forced a chargeback refund. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

As others have said - Loppist are scammers, do not order from them!! Item took weeks to arrive, was completely different to what I ordered. Asked for a refund - had to chase emails and refuse multiple offers of store credit or 20% refund, only to finally be given an address in china and option to send it there, cover the cost and hope for the best. £196 and hours of my life later, I’ve given up and claimed through my bank. AVOID THIS WEBSITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Complete scam do not engage with Loppist or send anything back to China - sign in to Whop.com and request the refund - The scumbag seller will refuse it - you need to appeal the decision - explain everything clearly and Whop will offer you the refund (Without having to post it back to China)

Like many other reviews concerning the air conditioning unit order. I also ordered a 9000BTU unit and received a cheap nasty room fan worth a fraction of the cost.
After numerous attempts to get them to respond reasonably they only offered a 20% discount and . keep the crap item.
I am in no doubt they fully intend to fraud customers with no intention of providing the correct items, CRIMINALS. DO NOT BE HAD OVER NEVER USE LOPPIST.

I wouldn’t even give them a star to be honest. I ordered an air conditioning machine from them. The wrong machine was sent from China - it wasnt even an AC machine. I emailed to say it wasn’t what I ordered and that I didn’t want the machine they’d sent and asked them to send me postage instructions to return it. They said their returns policy was that the customer pays for return postage! I said that policy didn’t stand when they had sent the wrong item. They kept offering me more and more money back and saying I could keep the machine but insisted I could only return it if I paid the postage. I escalated this case to Whop who deal with their payments in the UK. They were exceptionally helpful and after many weeks Whop has decided that I should be refunded. I have had to persevere with it but I didn’t feel Loppist should get away with this. I see from Trust Pilot they have very bad reviews and that this is common practice with them. Basically DO NOT BUY FROM LOPPIST!
