It's a second time I buy from Moderno and both beds are extremely good quality.
I also want to mention the delivery guys who helped me with getting the bed through a small entry. They did a great job.

The manual was so difficult to read so we had a lot of trouble building it

I haven’t received the mirror yet. I only received the drawer. I don’t know where the mirror is or when and how I will receive it.

Everything went poorly with the delivery. I paid for the order to be brought into our home, but they just left it at the elevator, so I had to carry up the remaining stairs by myself. They were also unresponive when I sent them mails and called them multiple days despite their website saying that they'd respond within 24 hours. The site promised that it would be delivered by the end of the week, and it took 3+ weeks before I got it.

Even though I requested delivery to my door, they left the products at the building entrance and ran away.

I purchased a Køjeseng , and I am very pleased with the quality, very well made, good quality matrases. The product is advertised on the website that it will be delivered in 10 days, that was not the case, it was almost impossible to reach customer service to make inquiries regarding the order, or too get a estimate on the delivery time. But, I can look over all this because of the end product.

Overall great product and kept delivery times although communication could have been more frequent and a bit more precise.
Delivery really friendly.
Super good quality of product (Nemo II bunk bed) but assembly instructions pretty bad with some confusing flaws in it.
Expect minimum 3h assembly time for two experienced people (manual said 2-3h).

I ordered a latex mattress and received a message that it will be delivered in a week. After two weeks, I call Moderno and they tell me that they don't have it in stock and that they will look for another one. After three weeks, I call again and they tell me that they don't know if they can find it. After a month and a week, my order arrives but no one calls me. As I stated in the order description, the driver must call me before delivery. So, a very bad opinion about this company.

I ordered a sofabed since 29 June 2026 and have not yet received it (now it's the 5th of August). They took the money the day I ordered. I called several times the customer service and sent emails but no reply from them.

Everything was packed correctly. Bed is like in the picture and also mattress . Only waiting time was approximately month .

The bed is just as advertised, a good price, and they shipped it in good time. The customer service was the stand out.

The product and the service were excellent.

The color wasn't very accurate, I order a darker brown but it's quite light, but the quality it's so good!! The sofa looks amazing and I'm very satisfied with my order

Beautiful wardrobe at a good price.

Overall happy with the service & product that arrived. I did wish that the delivery was quicker, which is why I’m not giving 5 stars. Waited about 2-3 weeks, so if you’re in a hurry maybe shop somewhere else. Apart from that super happy with everything!

The product quality is good, but the delivery took way too long. It was promised to be a 10 business days delivery, but I recieved the package after 21 business days and the online support was very poor at responding.
