Ordered a Iphone 12 Pro ' as new' which said 'in stock' on website with delivered promised next day. Next day got e-mail with sorry sorry your phone is not in stock. Will take 2 to 5 business days to get it in stock. Crazy because website said it was in stock even 2 days after ordering! Give us a call for alternative colors was the suggestion in the email. Called them next day. 1 hour waittime with 10 customers before me. conclusion no proper alternative so decided to wait the 2 to 5 business days. After 6 days still heard nothing so decided to call again. 1,5 hours waittime with still no ordered Iphone. At the end picked an alternative color. Ordered a as new phone but it was scratched on the side. What a horrible experience. Will never by a phone from this company again. I wish I would have stayed with fixjeiphone.nl. Will do again next time.

i orddered product with 5 stars described as new i got crap barely rated for 3 stars battery at 90% and first that caught my attention was 5mm scratch on screen visible well from under screen protector and after i took it off i discowered many more scratches not recommend this shop to anyone thieves offered 10 euro discount and it will not even cover cost of new screen protector

Phone not delivered no ANSWER on email no research to postnl they do nothing

UPDATE 5 JULY 2022 STILL NOTHING DONE BY MOBICO MAKING UP EXCUSES TIME AND TIME AGAIN ABOUT POSTNL DOING RESEARCH AND THEN NOTHING HAPPENED AND HEARD NOTHING I CALLED NOW 7 TIMES AND STILL THAT POSTNL IS SEARCHING HAHAHA THEY THINK I AM STUPID BUT THEY WILL SEE WHO THEY TRY TO FOOL IN TIME

IM.GONNA BRING IT TO THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNS

I bought a Iphone 11 Pro MAXX from MOBICO and i’m 100% satisfied about quality and performance. It’s my first time a make a review and i make it cuz this is good.

Bought an iphone 11 pro on 11/03. Trouble with PostNl. Phone has been stolen. All communication had to come from me. Every time they said 2-5 days, it took way longer. Asked for a refund more than a week ago. Today is 5/05.. Trash

Bought an iPhone 12 Pro, very good condition for a reasonable price. Fast shipping, and a nice bonus in the form of a protective glass and a case brought me a lot of pleasure. I have never bought a refurbished phone before and honestly was a little bit skeptical as I have heard quite some horror stories about buying secondhand tech online.

I thoroughly read through all of the reviews on Mobico and was utterly impressed by the sheer amount of good feedback customers had. So I thought I'd take a chance, trust the people, save almost €200 on a new phone and take a leap of faith.

And it paid off! My new phone (iPhone 11 128GB lightly used) arrived the day after I ordered it and it was like a brand new phone. No signs of use, 100% battery life, and oh so easy and quick to set up.

I could not be happier with my purchase and really encourage anyone who is not sure about refurbished phones to give Mobico a go and take a leap of faith!

Cons: Scratches more than I expected and instead of next day phone came on the second day after order.

I bought an iPhone XS Max 512GB a week ago. It was the "light signs of use" product quality level and to be frank the cosmetic damage is not crazy. No deep scratches however quite a bit of surface ones. Nevertheless with a screen protector and case, you practically don't see any of them.

The quality of the device itself is great, battery was at 89%. The speed is great, camera works, basically everything is in tip top shape. I can see I will use this phone for a long time.

Finally, when you consider that they have the most fair prices around, the best service and incredible quality - it's really a no brainer. When you need a good phone fast, you go to Mobico.

All went well, delivered even faster than promised, and at Christmas time :) I am very happy with my new (refurbished, but like new) phone!

Let's start from the beginning. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro 512GB Silver "like new" Friday evening and got it delivered Saturday noon. Next-day delivery - as promised. The phone itself was a total disappointment. Not "like new" at all. Clearly visible marks of usage. Heavily scratched steel frame. On the screen, there was a glass protector so it's hard to judge what was the screen condition but there was one visible scratch near the front camera. The rear camera rings were scratched too. The speaker's holes at the bottom were dirty. Honestly, my 4 years old iPhone X which I carry without any protection is in much better condition. I get it, I buy a used device. But seriously, the item I got wasn't even near "like new". Oh, and the battery health was like 85%. Given all this, I decided to return and it went smoothly. To conclude, I'm mostly satisfied with the service, but not with the product they sold to me.
