Absolute Enttäuschung! Miserable Qualität, irreführende Werbung und katastrophaler Kundenservice!

Ich habe bei Moveza Mode eine Jacke für 63,98 € bestellt, nachdem ich diese in einer TikTok-Werbung gesehen hatte. Dort wurde sie als hochwertige Lederjacke mit Adidas-Logo dargestellt.

Noch bevor die Jacke geliefert wurde, habe ich den Verkäufer ausdrücklich gefragt, ob es sich tatsächlich um ein originales Adidas-Produkt aus echtem Leder handelt. Ich habe klargestellt, dass ich die Bestellung andernfalls nicht erhalten möchte.

Der Kundenservice versicherte mir schriftlich, dass der Artikel genau den Produktbildern und der Beschreibung entsprechen würde, einschließlich des Logos.

Was habe ich tatsächlich erhalten?

- Größe 2XL: Die Jacke fällt extrem klein aus und entspricht meiner Einschätzung eher Größe L als 2XL.
- Material: Statt hochwertigem Leder fühlt sich das Material wie billiges Gummi oder minderwertiger Kunststoff an.
- Verarbeitung: Die Buchstaben sind nicht hochwertig aufgestickt, sondern lediglich aufgeklebt. Ein Teil davon löste sich bereits ab!
- Qualität: Die gelieferte Ware entspricht überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen aufgrund der Werbung.

Aber das Schlimmste kam erst bei der Reklamation!

Nach zahlreichen E-Mails und wiederholten Beschwerden erhielt ich ständig neue Ausreden und Angebote über 25 % oder 30 % Rückerstattung, wenn ich die Jacke behalten würde.

Ich habe mehrfach ausdrücklich erklärt, dass ich diese minderwertige Jacke nicht behalten möchte – nicht einmal geschenkt!

Zunächst wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Rücksendungen angeblich überhaupt nicht angenommen werden könnten. Später sollte ich die Jacke plötzlich auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken!

Die hohen internationalen Versandkosten soll also der Kunde bezahlen, obwohl die Ware erhebliche Qualitätsmängel aufweist und nicht der beworbenen Darstellung entspricht.

Mein Fazit:

Der Kundenservice ist katastrophal, die Reklamationsabwicklung eine Zumutung und die Rücksendung völlig kundenunfreundlich organisiert.

Auf mich wirkt dieses Geschäftsmodell äußerst unseriös. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass man mit immer neuen Ausreden und Teilrückerstattungen versucht, Kunden davon abzuhalten, mangelhafte Ware zurückzugeben.

Ich fordere weiterhin die vollständige Rückerstattung meiner 63,98 €.

Meine persönliche Empfehlung: Finger weg von diesem Shop! Ich werde dort garantiert nie wieder bestellen!

habe meine Bestellung Ende September erhalten, welche ich nicht mit der Qualität zufrieden war und die Ware wieder Retoure schicken wollte. Mir wurde seitens dem Support den Hinweis gegeben, dass in der Vergangenheit andere Kundenretoure öfters wohl verschwunden ist und nicht bei denen angekommen sei und daher mir einen Rabatt von 20 % gewähren möchten. Damit war ich nicht einverstanden, da ich die Ware definitiv Retoure schicken wollte. Als nächstes wollten diese mir dann 30 % Rabatt geben, diese habe ich auch abgelehnt. ich erhielt am 08.10.2026 die Mitteilung, dass dieser Fall nun an deren Reklamationsabteilung weitergleitet wurde, seitdem habe ich trotz zwei Erinnerungsmails meinerseits keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Definitiv kein seröses Unternehmen!

Absolutely disgraceful. One of the most incompetent and poorly run companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I ordered a jacket at the beginning of September, and here we are, nearly November, and still no jacket. Let that sink in — nearly two months, five attempts to contact them, and absolutely nothing to show for it.

On two occasions, they replied promising to chase up my order and get back to me. Guess what? Nothing. Not a follow-up, not an update, not even the courtesy of keeping a paying customer informed. Apparently, taking your money is the easy part; actually delivering your order or providing decent customer service is beyond them.

The level of incompetence is genuinely staggering. How difficult can it be to fulfil an order or give someone an honest update? If this is how they treat customers before a sale is resolved, I dread to think what happens when there’s a genuine problem with a product.

Having looked at online reviews, I’ve also seen numerous complaints from other customers raising concerns about counterfeit clothing and allegedly very poor-quality products. Clearly, I’m not the only one questioning how this business operates.

I’ve now contacted my bank to seek a refund because I’ve completely lost faith in this company. They’ve had more than enough opportunities to put things right, and they’ve failed miserably.

My advice? Save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses out there that understand the basics: take an order, deliver the goods, and treat customers with respect.

This company seems to have struggled with all three.

Absolutely shocking. Two months waiting, five attempts to get answers, empty promises, and still no jacket. If customer service were a competition, this lot wouldn’t even make it to the starting line.

Ordered under armour fitness clothing 3 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping 3-5 days. Delivery has not arrived and when contacting customer support I’m getting generic answer that still in transit.
I cannot track order as link provided does not work and latest response today states address provided is wrong. Have double checked and address provided is correct as it needs to match bank card when purchasing it.
I think response is computer generated and Moveza Mode is a scam. Have repeatedly asked for a refund and get no response.
Not sure what to do now… maybe go to retail ombudsman.

This company sends out fake clothes. You don’t get what you ordered. I ordered a Sherpa jumper back in December and what I received (eventually) was a bit of old rubbish nothing like the photo. I sent it back by Dpd, they couldn’t deliver for some reason and I never got it back. No luck with either companies as to where the item went and no refund so I’m £45 out of pocket and had to buy another top for son in law which cost me another £40. Do not touch this company please. False advertising

This company is real fake , Ordered goods , received them Damaged , with reference to their own policy 2 weeks to return the goods and get fulln refund...
Big joke would not accept return due to pile of returned getting lost in the post to China,
so they offer 25% Good will return only after 7 email.
They should not be allowed to scam people with fake top Brand goods

This company are selling fake goods & passing them over as genuine items.
They have scammed me out of money & are now wanting me to send the item back to China.
Ive read reviews & wont hold my breath regarding g getting my money back

This company is a scam. They take your money and send you faulty counterfeit goods and do not give you your money back.
Please take notice of all the negative reviews or you will be truly disappointed.

I made an order end of November they had taken money out of the bank said 5-9 days delivery for ever asking where is my delivery on its way check the tracking still in china, they said it will be there before Christmas never arrived requested a refund, all I get now is refund being processed. So I had to get my bank involved to sort it out lesson learnt will never ever use a site like that again Scammers @movezamode.com

Absolute con. How do they get away with making these counterfeit items?! They're not even good ones!!! Send back at own cost... to China.

I Ordered a nice looking adidas top for £38 and got something I can’t explain. Didn’t know it was from china .
And for a refund I have to send back for £25 . Total joke. Don’t make the same mistake

If I could give no stars i would. Like everyone else says, they use quality pictures of branded clothes and then send you counterfeit rubbish with a fake brand logo on. I'll be reporting them to trading standards. Avoid at all costs, if they send you an item it will be awful and cheap rubbish. I ordered same as a few other, Addidas Sherpa Heat Core jumper! Which they've now removed off the site. They send me a thin crappy top with a fake Addidas logo on it. I realised to late it was a scam site, I just saw the product and ordered without thinking! NEVER AGAIN! CRIMINALS RUNNING SCAM SITE

I recently ordered 2 x Heatcore Sherpa jumpers that still haven't arrived. I ordered on the 28th November and still have no parcels. My friend also ordered one and showed me it. The quality is absolutely horrendous, there is no wooly warm inside lining as displayed on the website. It is a complete scam and nothing like what the picture offers. Asked for a full refund as I still dont have the product I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and if it ever arrives its going to be absolutely awful quality. Will never be ordering from you again

Same ordered 2 "fleece" hoodies they came they were absolutely shocking. Thin, cheap, not worth washing the floor with.
Stay well clear of this site. They offered for my to return with registered postage but do not trust that I will get a refund so not bothering.....lesson learnt

Ordered a Sherpa hoodie for £35, on sale from £69 apparently. Received the item, fake and looks nothing like what was ordered, reached out to Sam at Moveza, advised can have 30% refund if sent back, but parcels get lost and if they get lost you get nothing. Asked for full refund and went back and forth arguing over email. Currently being ignored and fully expect to not hear from him again. Disgusting company, fake products and strongly advise to steer clear. Joke that they expect people to pay and be happy with items that look nothing like they expect from ordering. Bastards!

My experience with Moveza has been nothing short of infuriating. The item I received looked nothing like what was advertised and felt unbelievably cheap. When I tried to get a refund for what was clearly an unacceptable product, customer service advised i needed to pay for it to be shipped to China at my own expense. They refused to help and completely dismissed my concerns offering just 20% as a 'good will gesture'

I’m angry and deeply disappointed. Based on how I was treated, I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from Moveza. Check their policies carefully, because in my experience, once they have your money, you’re on your own.

Very poor quality not what is advertised in images displayed looks like very cheap and knock off don't waste your money...
