I think this company is a scam. I purchased some items and they didn't fit. My option was to return them to China. I did that. They were returned to me September 4th, 2026. Subsequently I did not receive my refund.
So after all of this, Ladies be attentive to the pictures attached to the store when they advertise. I got sucked in to the mountains in Banff, thinking they were from there. They weren't. I hope other people had a better experience than I did.

Lisa Boutique, Banff Boutique, Sinclair Sisters (Calgary) and many other pretty much same types of boutiques and such are popping up all across Canada. I have sone pretty interesting bantering emails from Banff Boutique & Lisa Boutique because their website was very similar- clothing you can find on Shein, Temu, Wish etc. You NEED to do your research. I've reported the sites I mentioned and with B.B.B, Banff and Jasper Tourism, Chamber of Commerce's etc. They are all one in thd same scamming people across Canada still I see. Very unfortunate....I wish more people would look on those sites like Temu and Shien ..as they are one in the same. Better yet take screen shots of the clothing and search it via ChatGPT, or the Lens App....it will find that clothing. Report these companies!!!

I ordered a number of items that looked nice on the website. when they came they were cheap made and one even had a very noticeable defect on the blouse. I emailed Lisa many times and got no response.
I paid top dollar for the clothing. Plus I never received the jeans and still haven't from March order. Beware they are not a trust worthy company.

I ordered from this fake company Decided I did not want it so they told me I could return and I would get my money back. I returned the article unopened back to them. Never did received my credit back They are a scam. Please never never never order from these people. I am like $220 out of money with them.

I gave 1 star because there is no zero.

I should have read reviews before buying from this fake company - obviously not from beautiful Banff, AB! The item I received wasn't my size and looked like a very poor example of the picture they have on the website. After several times trying to get a refund, and not getting any response, I did finally get one but, surprise, without the "form" that was supposed to be attached. Learn from these reviews and don't waste your money!

Quality is poor. Jacket is made in China not Canada. Misleading.
I really thought this was a genuine company by the story published on Facebook about a woman trying to save a business. They sucked me in and boy did I get scammed!!!!!!
Do not buy from this company!!!!!
You will not get your money back and you’re stuck with a very cheap, poor quality item.
I have a string of emails that I sent. They keep coming back with fake information stating that they’re enclosing a return form. There’s never a form.
As well when I kept returning emails, they blocked the emails. It keeps coming back unsent.

I feel this company is a scam. I ordered a piece of clothing which took 2 weeks to arrive. When it did, it was not the material I was expecting. I immediately contacted them and said I wanted a refund as per their web site and have been contacted but they are stalling to send the the supposed form for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. I do not think I will ever get my money back.

The coat that I received was not as advertised. I ordered a small. The cuffs were too big, the pockets can't hold a cell phone, way thinner than shown and no washing instructions. No tags of any kind. So very disappointed, especially because of the price...$89.00. A total scam.

Terrible product, sizing is not correct. They say they give full refund. However you have to pay to return to China. I bought it from Banff. Big Big scam.

Total scam. They take your money then if you want to return an item it is they give you 14 days with no address to send it to. Plus they are only going to give you 10% of your money back. Total scam beware.

Store is not what or where it says it is. The poor quality garment I received bears some general resemblance to what I ordered but is not as illustrated - eg hemmed rather than knit cuffs, button holes do not match the fabric, not the promised fleece. The web site is one of many I've seen since I placed the order: they all use the same template for a 'revival' sale of a 'family owned' business in a Canadian or American town, with free express shipping... which takes three weeks from the actual store in China.

They presented themselves as a store in Banff, Alberta. However, when I check the label under the one used for delivery, it is in Chinese. Also, I ordered 5 items, they only sent 2! The quality of the two they sent was not as described. It was very poor.
Have reached out to them, but I don't have much hope of getting a response. Lesson learned.

Poor customer service. They obviously do not read their emails properly. I wish I had checked out reviews before I ordered. And to send it back to China!! The cost!! I won't be doing that.

Lisaboutique is a scam!!!!! Product was not as it appeared. Poor quality. Appears to be in Banff Alberta. Isn’t!!! Went to return items and it was going to cost over $80.00 for $130 purchase. They are in CHINA. Avoid this suite at all costs!

Ordered 4 items. Got 2. Quality is pathetic. a "cozy sweater" is a thin polyester. In the photos they manage to make them look like real sweaters, turtlenecks and hoodies. Don't waste your time and money on this crap.

Do not shop from here. It’s the same as Banff Boutique and they pretend they are in Banff but they are in China. Stay away!
