Ordered a screen for C5 helmet. It clearly stated the screen was included a Pin lock screen as weel.
The pin lock was was NOT included and after a long conversation (actualle mails) they now offer partially refund or I can return the product. The refund does not cover the cost of a Pin Lock screen and the return will cost me more than problem, time and travel.
NEVER again.
The answer from Motarinn clearly shows the disreapect for their customers: "investigated and forwarded your case immediately."
It took 3 weeks and numerous numbers of mails and standard AI replies, like the answer they have given to my rating :-(

Not a good experience at all
I run an ecommerce business and so understand what it's like for a business to receive negative reviews that are not justified. Things can go wrong, delays can happen - but what matters is how the business responds to the problems.
I ordered a heat shield for my Akro exhaust along with washers and bolts. The washers and bolts showed as being in-stock, but not the heat shield. I waited in total close to three weeks - during which time the status changed to being ready to ship - then back again - then ready again - in total about three weeks.
Then close to another week for it to arrive in Italy from Spain. When the items arrived, they were inside quite a large box - and the washers and bolts were loose in the box. Two of the plastic bags containig washers were open, and those washers were loose in the box. Of the bolts - there should have been two bolts in the bag - only one arrived - either lost in shipping as it bounced around the box, or packed with one piece missing.
I then contacted the company to tell them - waited several days for a reply - was then told I had to start a return in order to notify of a missing item.
So after waiting close to a month, the order arrived incomplete - and to be honest this was the point where the business should step in and rectify the situation. Instead I was told to file a return - explain what was missing, uploading six photos to show I don't know what - to then wait several more days to receive a message asking if I wanted to return the incomplete item, or receive a refund for 50% of the cost of the bolts - we're talking a few Euros.
Such generosity guys - I'm blown away.
So - problems can occur buying online - but when things go wrong - you need to step in and solve things - otherwise customers get annoyed and find time in their busy day to write a negative review.
Oh and something that I hate also - when you see a product showing as 'available' - and its not - just means they'll try and find one and perhaps get it to you.
Processes and workflows are fine - but you need to identify when customers are having a terrible time. In the case of this business - nobody will hear you, and don't expect any kind of generosity if they mess up.

It just makes life so much simpler…plus I was informed at each stage of delivery. Awesome service!
