I am very satisfied with the experience I had ordering through Lunarcat! The website was very easy to use and navigate and I had no issues at all placing orders. Each of my orders was purchased within an hour of my request and sometimes within minutes of sending payment! Once all my items arrived it was easy to request everything be consolidated and shipped out. I was very impressed with how well everything was packaged. I ordered a number of paper goods and nothing was damaged or even bent upon arrival. I will absolutely be using their service in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

I just received my first shipment through Lunarcat Company, and I was initially alarmed that the shipping box was very torn open. However, I only purchased the minimum packaging, so it was likely my fault for not buying additional protection. Thankfully, nothing inside my package was damaged or missing at all. My whole experience with Lunarcat has been excellent, with the best service and guided communication, with prompt and clear answers to all of my questions that really eased my concerns and anxiety. I also really appreciate the shipping options and wide range of optional services, with fair and clear fees. I highly recommend them as a proxy and forwarding company. They are the best I have used so far.

My items were ordered almost immediately after submitted the order form and everything was shipped promptly and well-protected. The shipping process was very straightforward and there were no unexpected fees/tariffs since a new system was implemented to help with that process. Look forward to shopping through Lunarcat again!

Amazing experience ! I used lunarcat to get an item from a mercari auction, they were fast to proceds my request and managed to get the item at a very good price. The shipping was also fast and the items were well packed. It took less than 10 days from the date of my order to receiving the package. Would 100% recommend.

Easily one of the best services I’ve used! The website was incredibly simple to navigate and there’s plenty of information if you’re new to using a proxy; they offer many services for online and offline orders, each of which are fairly priced and I find them much cheaper in comparison to similar proxies! I ordered some prints from a convenience store in Japan and the order was fulfilled almost immediately. They have incredibly fast service, swift delivery and packaged the prints with utmost care. I’ll definitely be using Lunarcat again for future orders!
