Sent the wrong goods. Goods do not live up to the expected quality/features. Do not respond to customer support. Goods advertised at half price after I had ordered them.

I was duped as well.. They Scamed me.

Ordered a metal "VILEKO V8 model kit" with 500+ parts.
I didnt do my homework before the order and check this site, but now that I read all these folks who were scamed, I refused delivery so the package will be sent back to the criminals. (at least will not show as delivered via the online tracking sites).
Then I will file for "non-delivery" w/ Paypal, to get my money back.
3 months ago, I actually was also stupid enough to order the same model kit from a scam site called "Supersery.com". They sent me plastic engine ornament. I laughed when I opened the package.
Paypal agreed for a refund but they demanded that I send the junk back and provide a tracking. I live in Denmark, and it will cost 172 kr (or $25) to send it back. So I will lose that 172 kr.
Even though tried to explain to Paypal that his is an outright scan operation, and provided all the pictures of the item rev'd / package, site description of item to show its completely different, they didn't help.
Paypal doesn't care.
best bet is to claim the loss via your credit card co.

This is a corrupt chinese organization that should be permanently banned. Don't buy anything from them. I bought what I thought was a metal model engine with 500 pieces but what I got was a clay model of an engine which looked aweful. My son said it is a 3D copy! Luckily im only out 300kr. 😡☠️😡 I dont trust facebook advertising anymore, from now on if I dont know the store I don't buy from it!
