Wrong descriptions, and horrible service.
Misleading product descriptions and poor customer service. When I contacted support about the issue, they only offered a useless 100 kr coupon instead of taking responsibility. Won’t shop here again.

Return charges are rediculous high
Bought Airpods via CDON.com, delivered by this company Linnéelektronik. Decided to return the AirPods and found out that they only handle business package (claims from Linnéelektronik and not CDON), which means rediculous high charges for the customer. In this case a 325 SEK charge for a product worth 1000 SEK, pure rip off!
No return labels are provided either, which usually is custom from other providers.
Don't buy from them!

Hello, this is unfortunate to hear. Its not up to us how much the shipping charges are to return goods to CDON.
If you buy again you could have requested a return label instead, given that you had not opened the package as there is no return right on Airpods after they have been opened.
Again the review shouldnt be on our page it should be on CDON.
Please understand Daniel we are not part of their return system.
I would like to add that if choose to return the product to us using Taxi and spend serveral thousand SEK, it would be your mistake not that of our shop.
I think its time sometimes and not all but sometime to take resposibility of yo ur own action Daniel and tell yourself, why didnt I just write linne an email as its where I will spend the time write my reveiw.
No I will intead find a very expensive shipping company. Not go the linne website and get the return merchendise form like everyone else of our customer, no not you, you will handle it by going to a shipping company that charge you expensive.
its sort of same as writing a bad review to ICA Max for your buying things in 7 Eleven.
