Hoping the plant will survive as it was thrown over the fence into my back garden & left in full sun in the heatwave. There was no notification it had been delivered, they didn't even knock on my door... See more

Some very sad looking tiny plants received. I think they may survive which is positive, however 2/3 of my order was wrong. I e mailed customer service with evidence where they told me they send whichever plants are in best condition at the time of year and refused to refund. They sent me bamboo, needless to say it is in the bin. Order for a lucky dip, or not so lucky as the case may be.

Basically a rogue outfit at this stage.
Deliver rotten plants, drop ship other plants from Singapore with no control over what's delivered, will only entertain a refund after having the plants returned (at the buyers cost) and then chasing tails on actual refunds for weeks.
Never in a million years would I go back to using these people.
Oh and look out for their generic "we're sorry to hear of your experience" reply to this down below.

My original order took 5 days to arrive in spite of paying extra for speedy delivery. None of the plants were in good condition and the frogbit hadn’t been included in the order. I contacted customer services - which was an AI-generated voice - to ask them to fulfil the original order. The replies to my email also suggested that they were AI-generated.
The 5 frogbit plants that were subsequently sent were a disgrace; every one was brown and decaying. This is a company that is capable of producing award winning plants for RHS shows whilst at the same time sending astonishingly poor specimens to customers. The computer-generated feedback to this message will acknowledge my concerns and apologise. Is there anyone (ie human) at Lincs Plants who actually cares?

They sent me decaying Hydrocharis dubia that was clearly beyond recovery, without contacting me to ask whether I still wanted the plants in a condition completely different from the photographs on their website.

The frogbits i received were disappointing. I informed customer services but they wanted me to count out plants. They arrived half boiled so I put what remnants I had into my pond. I wasn't going to fish them out again. Extra star for replying to my complaint.

I would give less than one star if I could. I spent over £100 on a premium pond starter pack, and more than 2 thirds of what I ordered arrived dead, dying or missing. The majority of the items on the list has also been swapped out for inferior items. The water lilly, which I had been most excited about, was mush and rotten and snapped off. I sent photos immediately after opening with a complaint and like others on here, they fobbed off saying it's normal and the roots are fine. Upon digging beneath the surface, the roots are also rotten. I will be applying for a Section 75 or chargeback with my credit card company due to their unwillingness to help via email.

Plants were dreadful on arrival, some have improved since , customer service was great and is sending replacement plants for the ones that were barely alive

Speedy delivery. However, one of two plants arrived in poor condition and both plants in pot size smaller than ordered and than advertised. Good communication but only small refund given on the one poor quality plant. Disappointing.

When my plant arrived all 3 stems were badly bent and I had to stake them, 2 of them survived but the third one which had a very pale leaf when it arrived has died, not what I had expected from this company.

Bought some iris and later a number of lillies. All delivered on time, all excellent health. Considering the unmittigating heat, they were all in excellent condition and now thriving.
Thank you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a water lily in April which arrived in poor condition. I reported to the company and asked for a replacement . They asked for photos and said it looked fine.
3 months later there was no growth at all, in fact any growth there had been had died. I contacted the company again and sent photos. They refused to accept there was anything wrong with the water lily, initially saying it would take time to settle, but once warm weather arrived growth would accelerate quickly. I queried this response, given that there was still no growth even though we are having a prolonged heat wave . They then gave conflicting information saying that water lilies can take up to 18 months to establish themselves.
No where on their website do they say that their plants will not grow for the first 18 months. I asked for a refund and they said the water lily would need to be returned.
I had to return the rhizome (bare rooted as I had purchased it), which crumbled in my hand when I removed it from the pot. They refused to refund my return postage.
How petty of them to make the customer return a plant in that condition when clearly they were going to put it in the bin.
There is no returns policy on the website.
There are no reviews on the website.
Having read other reviews on Trust pilot there is no way I would have bought anything from this company, if the reviews had been posted on their own website.
As other reviewers have said, it feels like all there responses are AI generated.

Paid £56 for a Musa banana tree in a 5L pot. Advertised with a lovely picture of an established plant.
Received a mossy pot with 2 dead stems and a tiny living 3 leaves measuring about 5cm. One leaf dying and partially eaten/white mould on the other
Despite multiple photos they are claiming the plant is fine because it’s alive?! Completely ignoring the fact I could buy a plant 4-5 times the size in good condition for £10 or so and not acknowledging the mould or eaten leaf. It’s tiny and in poor condition- Lincs plants say it’s in acceptable condition and it should grow? £56
Absolutely ridiculous avoid this company at all costs I’m reporting to trading standards and plan to take to small claims if I don’t get refunded. I suggest you do the same. So far I’ve just got several refusals that there’s anything wrong with the plant and they sent me an address with a “you can return it if you want”. No refund process started just an address and “we’ll review when we get the plant back”?! No instructions on how to post back and no admittance that there’s any issue with the plant. They apparently won’t offer a free return because they don’t think there is any issue with the plant. Buyer beware
And now they have added an AI generated response about how sorry they are.. but still have made no effort to help me with this/I’m still awaiting a response from them about return. The response just seems to be AI lip service. I know it is because some of the other comments on bad reviews start with AI lead in statements such as “a professional response you could use is”

What a fantastic company. I ordered a number of water lilies and oxygenators for my garden pond and they are all thriving bar one water lily and when I asked for advice they just offered to send me out a replacement. The response to my email was incredibly quick and I wasn't looking for a freebie that is what they offered as they could see all the other plants were doing very well in the photos that I sent so maybe I just got a dud one

Having ordered pond plants and waiting 4 days for delivery they arrived in poor condition
I emailed them which pictures and they emailed back saying they would resend some more
Another 4 days and they arrived in a worse condition than the 1st delivery
Emaild them again asking them to explain why they were in this condition and after 14 days with no reply decided to write this review
So all in all would no recommend this company for your pond plants (see attachment photos)
Sorry can't find way of attaching photo will also leave review on google
