Right after installing their extension and going to the Kiwi store, the prices jumped by at least 2% — exactly the amount they promised as cashback. I uninstalled everything, cleared my cookies, and the prices went back to normal. You’re literally paying for your own cashback, lol.

Hello, I would like to leave a review about LetyShops. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I am Ukrainian and currently live in the USA. I used their service because they promised 100% cashback of $60. After a long time passed, I contacted customer support, and they told me that they had no record of my cashback and did not know why. Instead, they credited me only $11 as what feels like a small goodwill payment from the company’s own funds.

My support manager was Angela. I believe this is unfair because I read other reviews on the LetyShops website stating that they credit the full amount when they cannot determine why cashback was not tracked. From my side, I followed all the rules, but it seems they are trying not to pay the amount I was promised.

Overall, I do not recommend this service.

My account was hacked today, and despite my requests for help , I did not receive any assistance on time.A hacker stole money from my account, and my account was then closed.

I want to know how this was possible. How do you verify account security and protect users from such situations? The matter has already been reported to the police.

LetyShops, I demand that you return my money, since you failed to respond and did not provide adequate security measures to protect my account from hackers.

Account blocked and money withheld without valid justification. After months of using the service and multiple Amazon purchases, LetyShops blocked my account claiming I had "multiple accounts", which is false. This is the only account I have ever created. When I formally requested the specific infractions and evidence supporting their decision, they simply referred me to their Privacy Policy without providing any concrete details. I have a pending €20 withdrawal (request no. 9121571) that has been held for over 9 days with no resolution. No transparency, no real appeals process, no payment. Use with caution.

I strongly advise against using LetyShops — a ban just before payment and theft of cashback

The service is engaged in outright fraud. The most cynical part is that I placed the order on Temu back on 5 March. They waited for over two months, and just this month, when the cashback was due to be credited — my account was instantly blocked so they could simply keep the money for themselves.

I provided support with all possible proof: an official bank statement (payment from my personal card) + screenshots of the Temu order. The amounts, dates, numbers — everything matches down to the penny.

However, support refused, stating that ‘the names of the email account holder, the recipient and the payer do not match’. That is to say:

• My LetyShops profile used my nickname ‘Valik’;

• The order on Temu was placed in the name of my friend (Andriy Fromov), to whom I was buying a gift.

There is no ban in the service’s terms and conditions on the use of nicknames or the purchase of goods for third parties. Instead of a proper manual review, they simply take the money under a flimsy pretext.

The correspondence took place via email: valikborsu**@gmail.com

This is not an isolated incident. LetyShops is blocking users en masse just before payouts. If you don’t want to lose your money, steer well clear of this service.

Rating: 1 star. Until the management carries out a proper review of my payment and returns the cashback, the rating will remain the same.

I have already sent an official letter and all the original documents to security@letyshops, as you requested.

I would like to emphasise that the accusations of ‘fraudulent activity’ are completely unfounded and offensive. I have provided a full set of evidence confirming the authenticity of the purchase:

a bank statement from my personal card (the payer’s full name matches);

screenshots of the order from my Temu account.

The amounts, dates and order numbers match down to the penny. I ask the security team to carry out a proper manual check of the documents, rather than sending out template replies. I am ready to provide any additional information for verification. I look forward to a constructive response.

Update #2 (19 May 2026):

The service has finally shown its true colours.

Following a public comment on Trustpilot, where they ‘kindly’ suggested contacting security@letyshopscom, I immediately sent all the official documents there:

- a bank statement showing my full name (payment made from my personal card);

- screenshots of the order from Temu (dated 5 March, with amounts and order numbers matching exactly).

The reply from the ‘security service’ arrived today and consisted of a single boilerplate sentence: ‘Unfortunately, your account will not be unblocked’.

No explanations. No review of the documents provided. Just another form letter.

They publicly pretend they’re willing to look into it, but in reality they’re just waiting for the moment before the payout to block the account and pocket the cashback. This isn’t just poor customer support — it’s a classic scam.

Conclusion: if you don’t want to lose your money, give LetyShops a wide berth.

I highly recommend using Letyshops! It’s a great cashback app that helps you save money while shopping online. The app is easy to use, works with many popular stores, and the cashback is real and reliable. I’ve had a very good experience with it and received my cashback without problems. If you shop online often, Letyshops is definitely worth trying!

I am extremely frustrated with LetyShops after losing cashback on a €425 Banggood order. Getting cashback through this platform has become an impossible task due to hidden rules and technical failures.

The official extension stayed GREEN and 'Active' throughout the entire checkout. I relied on this visual confirmation to finish the purchase. Now, they claim a store discount invalidated it. On sites like Banggood or AliExpress, it is virtually impossible to order without the system automatically applying some form of discount or promotion. If these common discounts void the cashback, the LetyShops extension should turn red or warn the user.

Instead, it stays green, misleading customers into spending large sums under false pretenses. I have successfully received cashback for the exact same product and coupon before, proving their system is inconsistent. LetyShops refuses to take responsibility for their misleading tool. Beware: the 'Green' light means nothing, and they will find any excuse to deny your money.

It is the best cash back service that I have ever seen. The customer support is very kind and helpful. They are trying to deal your problem as fast as possible and to understand you. Thank you so much Mariia for your help.

Sometimes cashback doesn’t get added to my account, but when I submit a support ticket, they usually respond quickly and resolve the issue promptly.

I’ve been using the LetyShops app for several years now and it has become a permanent part of my online shopping routine. The cashback works great and over time I’ve managed to get a nice amount of money back from purchases I would have made anyway.

What impressed me the most recently was their customer support. One of my cashbacks got lost somewhere along the way, but the support team handled the situation incredibly well. They responded quickly, were very helpful and professional, and made sure the issue was fully resolved.

It’s rare to see such a high level of customer care nowadays. Because of experiences like this, I honestly can’t imagine doing online shopping without LetyShops anymore. Highly recommended to anyone who shops online regularly!

Scam company,
Never pay and suspend your account . They eat the cashback protion without giving any to you.
They will ask about the aensitive documents like your financial document.
They dont have any rights to ask about it.
They only the middle man between the merchant and you.
Big company never ask about them like Rakuten .

I tried to contact their security department. and they said that they will not unlock my account.
The merchant already paid my cashback and they locked my account when i was tried to withdraw it, So this company is scam.

What fraud ? if i made a fraudulent order why the commissions is still paid by the merchant ?
My orders are legit, and you dont have a right to ask about a sensitive documents.

Very good support. I recommend to use LetyShops :) It helps me safe some money during online shopping.

In general all OK, even if with a particular food online shop the transaction are quite always lost and it's necessary open a contestation, that in general is OK and give me the cashback.

In my opinion it's a very useful app. If you want to get some extra money when you buy on-line, Lety is what you need. The more you buy the more you gain extra money. I don't buy very much, but it's nice to receive something without doing nothing.
