Changing keys to access rubbish bins,
They were to change keys to access the rubbish bins. They they gave no indication they had arrived and made no attempt to contact the tenants When I tried to sort the problem out by email all I got were aggresive replies. A request to escalete the matter seems to have been ignored.

Zero response or ability to contact them
I filled in all information on their online formula to apply for an appartment rental, however 2 weeks later still 'awaiting review' with no communication, and their telephone service makes it impossible to talk to anyone unless you've given all your documents online and they've treated it. So it's a black hole for your very personal documents and a waste of time
