The processing and shipping workflow is completely messy. The associated shops that are supposed to receive the shipment deny all responsibility for errors done at the level of the printing & dispatch delivery at a pick-up point. Meaning, the customer has to handle everything if a printing or delivery goes wrong and it takes months. Prints get lost. Private prints get delivered to other customers but never get recovered. The poorest service, non-exiting customer service and zero respect for loss of personal data.

A good first experience
1st purchase. A screenshot that everyone told me was impossible to print. The superstar Lady at the shop Avenue des Ternes in Paris nevertheless gave it a try. It turned out fantastic. The frame is okay. The finish is not high end but decent quality, there were some dust between the glass and the frame. The closing clips are not the most precise either. Delivery abroad in Europe was affordable and diligent. I will certainly return.

I have done quite a bit of work with LabKorner over the past few years. As with all my work I typically have pieces sent directly to me so I see them before they go to a client. My most recent project was a very large special exception piece nearly five feet by eight feet. Because of the size I had the piece sent directly to my client, which was a huge trust on my part. The piece arrived, and my client wrote to me the most important words, “ It’s absolutely gorgeous”. Enough said.

Be careful with your orders
You change a paper (print finish) without notice (I have checked my e-mails from last six months and your FB posts from mid September) and without any chance to test this new finishes so I have got a print which does not fit to my reqs and to my collection of previous works you produced for me (these over 40 which were really beautiful). Because it should be a part of my public exhibition this technology change is unacceptable. It also has a huge impact on my photographs sale - visitors are interested in my photographs with print quality thet saw during exhibition. Now it is not possible and the quality is lower. Not so bright and without deep lights inside photographs.
Current product does not fit to your offer presented on your website also. In many posts you pointed your website as a source of information for formats and finishes. There is an information that aluminium finish will be glossy, with UV and dust protection. It is not.
My advice for the future: there is no choice of paper for prints. Different subjects require different papers so you should consider to offer such choice to the Customers.
Interesting thing: I have got two items in my last order - one is produces with matte paper (aluminium finish), second on glossy paper. What is it ??
The new matte paper is much more difficult to maintain for exhibition works. Difficult to clean, there is no information about UV protection, etc

As explained in our email exchanges, between your first order and the most recent one, we updated both the aluminium finish rendering and our printing process, which is now carried out using direct printing, for better quality.
These changes were communicated to all our clients by email, through our advertising materials, and on our social media channels. The relevant information will also be updated on our website shortly.
For a glossy finish, we recommend choosing glossy plexi, for a matte finish, matte plexi. The aluminium finish offers an intermediate result, positioned between matte and glossy, so not fully glossy indeed.
We regret that a negative review was left based on a single photograph that did not fully meet your expectations, especially considering that more than 40 previously ordered prints were entirely satisfactory.
We remain at your disposal and are continuing our discussion with you by email in order to find an appropriate solution.
