Did not work
I used the QR code on the door to book and pay for a locker. Used the door code I was emailed, and nothing happened. Someone else inside opened the door to let me in. I then scanned my code to open my locker, and it wouldn’t open. There is no staff, no intercom to call for help, no phone number posted anywhere. I tried several times over a 10 minute span and just kept getting the message “your locker will open soon.” Ended up wasting my money and just dragging my suitcase around with me all day.

We’re sorry to read this, as what you describe is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.
We would, however, like to clarify one important point: 24/7 customer support is available. Our contact details are included in the booking confirmation email, on our website and at the facility itself, precisely so that any access issue can be resolved remotely and quickly. There is no on-site staff because the service is designed to operate autonomously.
Regarding the door and locker not opening, we’d like to investigate what happened, as this is not normal behaviour. If you contact our customer service team with the email used for the booking, we can trace the reservation and review the incident.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to carry your suitcase around all day, but we genuinely wish you had contacted us at the time — in most cases, an access issue like this can be resolved within minutes.

It was good experience. It' s great price and location. Only we was confused when odered locker in one place and they send us to another not so far from first one. We called help centre, but no one answered probably because they didn't have who talk english. We manage find out that we in wrong adress by our self, because one couple before us had the same problem. They sorted it by calling help centre. This means that English speaking tourist will have more problems . Exept this we liked the service.

The best location ever
The best location ever! 5 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower. The locker is big enough, we could storage more and more stuffs during the day. We took the medium locker for 11 hours and we have paid 10.90€ for it. There are a couple of plugs there, so you can recharge your mobile phone, which save us during the day. Definitely it worth any euro spent. Thanks a million.

It was a not good experiance I could never use the lock the phone service was off and later I phone the website and they said they will check if I couldn't use the lock and them retour myoney back buy they didn't. So ipaid 7'8€ for nothing.
