Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, I had to claim my refund, I spoke to customer services, refund was not actioned for weeks, I spoke to customer services again and was told that no action was taken previously. I wanted to complain and wanted to speak to supervisor or senior person but was told that they are busy in calls and will contact me, no one contacted for another 2 days. I completed the form online and next day checked with customer services, I was given confirmation about the online form I submitted and was told about deduction of fee which is a breach of contact. Very poor customer service.
