This is my third order with you and so far everything has been great thank you

I bought a 3 seater outsunny swing chair through a reputable company. After using for 1 summer the frame ro.rhe canopy has broken . I contacted outsunny to see if i could buy a replacement and was told that because I didnt buy the item directly from them I cant buy replacement parts. Why sell through other retailers if this is the case . So I know have a swing chair that has been sat on maybe a dozen times that is broken

The Greenhouse arrived quickly in two well packed boxes. After staring at the boxes for two days, knowing the task ahead, I unpacked and checked the contents which were comprehensive and well labelled. I found the instructions and followed the steps which at times needed you to stop and study as it was based around pictures mainly. Its definately a two person job and helps if it is a day without wind. After 8 hours the Greenhouse was finished. It is a robust structure that is well made and certainly value for money. I would certainly recommend it, but the assembly takes time.

I initially paid double from a big box for what was billed as a heavy duty steel gazebo to replace our old one. It had the worst tack welds I have ever seen. Thankfully we found you on line and it came in a week. The workmanship was not quite as good as the prior one but considering it was half the price of the supposed heavy duty piece of junk it was well worth it. Thank you!

The Outsunny 3 Seater Wooden Garden Swing Chair with Side Tables in dark grey was relatively cheap however was made from inferior fir wood with splinters and a couple of cracks then covered in paint. This was not like Canadian fir but likely grown somewhere much warmer and therefore less dense and lighter weight. It was not particularly easy to assemble and was delivered missing some screws and washers. I had to recut the notches in the top bar to get the legs to fit with the cross braces. The hardware bags were not labelled, though the screw and bolt sizes were provided in the instructions in very small print. Overall more frustrating to assemble than my kitcar!

Totally impossible to put together, flimsy, unintelligible instructions. Avoid at all costs.

It would be helpful if floor not included was more obvious in the description.

As a pleasant surprise, the product arrived earlier than expected in a very rural location. The only glitch was that they arrived in a staggered order with the heaviest packages left on the top. No damage, but the only improvement I could suggest is to provide a breakdown of the individual package weights on the confirmation so the receiver knows it will require 2 people to pick these up.
The rest of the transaction and process went very smoothly.

I was very happy with the product that I ordered. I was missing one piece when I was putting the product together and emailed the company about sending the missing piece. Not only did they answer my email the same day, I had the missing piece 3 days later. Amazing! Highly recommend.

This company sold chairs with a photo on their advert. When the chairs were delivered they were the wrong chairs and very different from the photo. They required several phone calls, emails and photos to be sent and eventually offered a £35 refund or we send the goods back at our expense.
This is a disgraceful way to treat customers and demonstrated a poor customer relationship. I would not recommend this firm or trust their adverts again.
I will now have to take our care to Trading Standards.
