Don't buy anything from costway or Walmart!
I ordered a portable air conditioner that was a 15,000 btu cooling system along with a 11,300 btu heater that had a dehumidifier built in and costway sent me a 10,000 btu system that had no heat and since I got it through Walmart I bought an extended service plan, now I have to wait 30 days to get my money back for the unit and I lost the money I paid for the service plan! I had to load it up and take it to my nearest Walmart! Since the service plan went through allstate, I have to get my money back from them! It's been a nightmare at the hottest time of this summer! I'll never buy anything from Walmart or costway again, next time I'm going to "BESTBUY!"

Purchased a five tier shelving unit from target w costway being the shipper. One of the 16 rods was defective. Costway refused to service me by shipping this 1$ piece and instead referred me back to target who has not taken care of me. Shame on both of you

Beautiful Set
Beautiful set just recommend looking up the build directions on YouTube made my Costway so you don’t frustrate yourself trying to follow the paper directions. It will save you time and sanity. Otherwise, we got the black it’s sturdy looks stylish and fits perfectly into our small apartment. I will say I would’ve preferred a wider seat back cause it does feel a little narrow when leaning against it but either way no regrets for the price it’s as good as it gets

First time Costway buyer
Last year my Son bought a Costway Mini Split Ac and after we installed it i was so impressed that i decided to purchase one for my shed and one for our house and i never thought of a Mini Split system that is actually a stand alone heating and cooling system but even down to zero last winter it still kept the house now lower thatn 68*. I also bought a 12 Volt ride on Ford Ranger Pickup truck for my soon to be 2 year old grandson, and he loves it, battery lasts amazingly long, shipping was quick and it works and looks great. There was a problem with the first Mini Split and after finding out the problem, they sent me a replacement part after i sent a picture and description of the issue. And all has been great and the company responded quickly. I intend to do future purchases with CostWay.
