Product arrived with a number of parts affected by severe cracks - not due to sweating or natural expansion as I was told but rather how they had been stored. Raised query with customer service and replacement parts received in similar condition. Raised further complaint to be told I am now outside of 14 days - despite this being raised the day original order received. Poor customer service
Outdoor toys was great the courier was delayed but Shaun sorted it out and made sure my grandsons swing park was delivered and then even offered me a voucher for any upset. How nice. Definitely shopping there again so helpful. Thanks Shaun x
