Purchased an Ooni about 3 years ago from the The Outdoor Scene which was a fab purchase as we have 4 boys and gets a huge amount of use as you can imagine as we use all year round. The starter flame wasn’t taking and we rang the shop and they very kindly dropped down and fix it straight away which was fantastic service given hot weather. Thanks your for sorting. I brought in my Australian portable gas BBQ to see if I could get the right adaptor for Irish gas bottles. I was talked through all the options, shown examples, and then they changed the regulator for me on the spot (without charging labour). I definitely go back if I have future BBQ needs - the shop has a good range of options on-site too.

We have had a wonderful customer experience with John and all the team at Outdoor scene. They were wonderfully accommodating when we had to change our mind on a furniture purchase and ensured that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. They really bent over backwards to ensure a good customer experience, the white glove delivery service is also exactly what it says on the tin. The quality and durability of the products is second to none too and we really couldn’t be happier with our fully furnished pergola with adjustable table off set with beautiful waterproof cushions to beat the band. We cannot rate Outdoor Scene highly enough. The Verano outdoor garden veranda with louvered roof and retractable shade blinds is a excellent addition to our home offering year round useability.
Both Eamon and Michael were excellent to deal with in presales, to Damian and Daniel who did an excellent bespoke fitting job, all within timeframes and budget.
A recent call from Eamon in advance of Storm Eowyn was very welcome advice and much appreciated.

I phoned the shop to discuss BBQ options as they have a very broad range of specialist BBQ's. Spoke to John who gave some great advice. Used the preassembled option and the BBQ was also delivered. Seamless experience from buying the BBQ to getting up and running.
I had an issue with the BBQ after 6 months and the team arranged a new part to be shipped directly to me. Again great service and the issue was resolved within a week.
Definitely recommend!

I recently visited this store with a variety of questions of BBQ products. Very question was answered in detail. I felt my needs were well understood and received no sense of being pushed to buy. I would recommend anyone new to BBQ to make this shop you’re starting point.

Unbelievable unprofessional approach to business! Our order for a garden room glass structure has been delayed for months!! with no explanation or excuse or even a notice. Instead our builders and architects have to chase and chase them, ringing the office every day, but they never get to speak to anyone who knows anything about our order. And despite multiple requests they never return our calls and reply our emails!!! The worst business in Dublin, never trust them with your money!
