This platform has changed me a lot. It does not only allow me to land jobs but also it teaches me life lessons that I would carry throughout my journey.

This platform prioritizes easy profits…

This platform prioritizes easy profits over the welfare of desperate Filipino workers. They openly tolerate wage abuse and lowball rates while offering absolutely no standard protection for freelancers. This matter has already been officially reported to the Philippine government, and the NBI will be investigating these exploitative practices very soon. Avoid this site if you value fair compensation.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with OnlineJobs.ph involving a worker named Bernadette Espiritu.

The payment issue was ultimately resolved, but the bigger issue was the worker’s conduct and the lack of meaningful action from OnlineJobs.ph. During the dispute, Bernadette contacted my wife directly about a business matter, even though my wife had no involvement in my business, hiring, payroll, or the project. She later admitted another freelancer gave her my wife’s number.

She also made insulting and unprofessional comments in an email thread with OnlineJobs.ph support included. After I left a factual review on her profile, she publicly called me a liar, warned others they would get screwed, and said I had the personality of a psychopath.

I provided screenshots and documentation to OnlineJobs.ph. Their response was basically that I could leave a review on her profile. In my opinion, that is not enough when a worker contacts an employer’s family member and continues making personal attacks.

I also asked OnlineJobs.ph about their 30 day money back guarantee and requested a refund due to this unprofessional experience, but I have not heard back about that yet.

The payment was completed. My issue is with the lack of meaningful action regarding worker conduct. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious using OnlineJobs.ph.

VA just disappears

Some VA are good, but when they quit, they just disappeared without any communication or notice. It happened to me with 2 VAs, with one said she'd be late, but never showed up, leave the admin frustrated not knowing what's going on. No way to contact the VA and there is no way to chase them. So if you are hiring from them, be ready, because they are not respectful and professional company.

Onlinejobs.PH is a very good platform…

Onlinejobs.PH is a very good platform for Pinoy Virtual Workers. I also was amazed as to how they've provide support during a time when I thought something was off with one client. I hope the platform improves and will continue to become a good bridge to Pinoy Employees to Global Virtual Employment.

LESS PAY RATE

OLJ helps a lot of people get connected, however, making the market pay less for the VA's is not a good thing. A lot of VA's change platforms to get a higher pay. You must respect VA's rate as most of us are expert and took years to master our skill, and can help a client in a short period of time with a better outcome.

Never use onlinejobs.ph you have been warned

Never use onlinejobs.ph, they allow terrible VA's on their site and hide employers reviews, only showing the positive side of VA's.

Be careful and never hire a VA named Jun Cacao Maoican.

And filing complaints on their website does nothing.

Employer left a review but the platform didn't verify first

I finished the project as agreed, but I was never paid. After I completed the work, the client stopped replying and later disappeared. I told him I may report this to the BBB or IRS because I did not receive any payment.

The client also left a bad review about me that is completely false and inaccurate. It does not reflect the work I delivered. I tried to ask support for help and to raise a dispute, but they did not help me. They only said they do not delete reviews. Very disappointing experience.

Angelo, normally we allow workers to add review rebuttals directly to their profiles and we do not delete reviews. However, if there was a nonpayment of salary dispute, customer support should have initiated a dispute with the employer over that payment dispute and if the employer refuses to cooperate, we could remove the review then. Could you email support back and also CC dan@onlinejobs.ph?

what happen to my account?

About 12 days ago, my OnlineJobs.ph account was suddenly removed after I changed my profile photo, which apparently went against their rules. At first, I was really confused because I didn’t fully understand what policy I had violated. I tried creating another account, but that one was removed as well.

So I decided to email their support team to clarify everything. They responded and clearly explained their rules and policies regarding profile photos and account creation. I appreciate that they took the time to explain what happened instead of just ignoring my concern.

We were able to sort things out, and I agreed to update my photo to follow their guidelines so my account could be reactivated. The customer support team at OnlineJobs.ph did a great job assisting me and guiding me through the process.

Overall, it was a stressful experience at first, but I’m thankful their team handled it professionally and helped me resolve the issue.
