The phone-in experience was excellent
The phone-in experience was excellent. The person I dealt with, Sandy I think, had an incredible professional manner, was very well informed and dealt with the many questions I had with patience and without a fuss. Her no pressure approach gave me the necessary time to decide what I needed and wanted. Her personal approach to dealing with health and medical issues was appropriate. In accommodating my particular hazardous activity cover I felt the policy was designed around exactly what I needed. I had no hesitation in going with one of the options which were presented very clearly.
