Disappointing shipment time of over a week from ordering to taking delivery even after confirmation stated within 3 days. Ordered for a gift but delivery surpassed birthday. Even after chasing, shipment had yet to be sent. Pretty poor

Ordered products, was told 3 days delivery - actually took 6 days after chasing them, then only part of my order arrived, had to chase again. Not great service when they charge you for delivery!

I ordered 5 litre Citrus Blast Pre-Wash
5 litre Non-Acidic Wheel Cleaner
5 litre Ceramic Detailer
5 litre Sauvage Snow Foam
1 Twisted Loop Drying Towel
The items arrived after 5 days and I used them as directed
The pre wash is strong so must be diluted as described it strips off all wax and oil so you will need to polish up the paint when finished and pay attention to the plastics which will spot mark
The snow foam is very good indeed
The ceramic detainer is also not too bad
The wheel cleaner is not as effective as other products on the market but overall a good package. The best is the towel very good indeed need a plastic finisher and tyre gel in your range now guys

I was contacted by Amazon that the weedkiller I had bought has a recall on that item due to fire risk .
I had to contact jennychem they told me customer service would contact me ,I had an email from them to book Collection of the weedkiller nothing since no correspondence and no offer of refund

Very disappointed with this company. Caravan cleaner does not do what it claims to do - no first rain trails removed at all. Customer service refused to accept my dissatisfaction offering no partial refund. In my opinion this company is only profits driven and not interested in product quality and customer care

I have been scammed cause I purchased an air conditioner since 30th of July, I have received any package or the product.

The contact number and email is fake.

Absolutely avoid this company if you want your delivery a few days or to complain that you’ve not received your order. 9 days. When I complained via email, got an AI response back within seconds. When I asked for a refund and cancel order, then suddenly the item appeared the next day and said sorry, item has been delivered, no refund. It’s the 1st time and last time that I will be using them. Stick to Bilt Hamber. At least they got humans who respond on emails and they actual deliver in a few days if not next day.

We have ordered with Jennychem a few times and have no issues with the quality of the products.
It is the delivery timescales. It lists 3 working days which is charged. We ordered on the 4th so would expect a delivery on the Friday the 7th. They even confirmed that with me.
TRhey attempted to deliver (to a commercial unit) on Saturday at around 4pm. 1. Very few commercial premises are open then and 2 this is not classed as a working day. So ythis morning I have called only to be told they will have to try again sometime this week. To which i said so nearly 2 weeks.... The responses was "well yeah" I told him it was unnacceptable and the response was "ok". I then told him I would not order from them again and he said "no worries" and hung up.

They have sent me a few of there products and all have been excellent

It's ok replying promptly with nice apology but that doesn't cut it. £4.75 delivery charge It'll be 4 days in tomorrow it won't be delivered today @ 6.45pm. The order is still being prepared. For that delivery charge Amazon will deliver next day. First and last order I'll make.

I placed my order on 23/07/2026 and it said 'Delivery by the 28/07/2026'.
Reading all the reviews on here, I am a little worried I have wasted my money.
I thought I would try this company and their products as I am a car detailer myself and I only use Autoglym as a strict rule and my personnel opinion is Autoglym products are THE BEST.
I hope Jennychem can compete with them.

I am very pleased with this product. Postage is also rapid .

Used the product on my motorhome and it stained the vinyl decals, spoke twice to Emma who said she would call back....im still waiting.... customer service experience terrible

Was quick with deliverys and very well priced

I bought weed killer and it worked brilliantly. I purchased it again 8 months later and rubbish did not work at all, they could have been selling water.

Smells great, quick delivery all round good experience and will definitely order from this company again.

Had good hopes for this company after seeing the reviews. BUT had a delivery which took awhile to arrive and when it did the box was ripped open and snow foam bottle was broken and 2 chemicas had all leaked out into the bag. I have tried to contact them twice now, but no reply. Its been a waste of £90! The 1L iron x and hyper wax don't have a screw on lid with seal both lids were nearly off so made a major mess!!!. (Lucky they were in a sealed bag so didnt leak out the box but non of it was salvageable) on the plus side the 5L pink snow foam and 1L snowstorm non caustic did survive but not had chance to test them yet. Very disappointed with this company.

Great products. Shane they never ship in the time they quote. 3-5 working day DELIVERY yet on working day 5 my product is only just being prepped for shipping.

Happens repeatedly. Also customer service e mail is useless it is an AI system. If I contact customer services I want to speak to a person

I purchase their products because s well known salvage car YouTube channel promote how good they are. I wonder if they suffer the same delays as everyone else!
