Bathroom curtains get smelly very fast
The delivery was ok. The bathroom curtain is cute, but it gets smelly every fast. I need to wash it 3 times a week, even though I shake it a let it freely and aired. I really do not recommend this product in particular.

If you are sensitive to smells, it may be that a product is perceived as bad and others don't react to it. If this is the case, it is usually enough to ventilate the product for three to four days. Most unwanted smells then disappear.
What do I do with a product that smells unpleasant? If the product does not feel uncomfortable even after a few days of extensive ventilation and you feel that it does not meet your expectations, we ask you to inform customer service.

I ordered tailor made curtains
I ordered tailor made curtains. The quality is very good and the waiting time absolutely reasonable (two weeks).
What I did not appreciate was being charged a shipment fee on top of a very expensive order (400€). For such a big purchase, customers should be given free shipping.

Great product quality. Speedy effortless refund.
I bought a coffee table which looked exactly the same as on the website and delivered a sense of elegance, quality, and character to the room. Unfortunately it was too small for my needs (my mistake) so I had to send it back. It looked so good it I was really strugeling with the decision even though it was clearly too small :)
I got a full refund very quickly and without any issues.
I will definitely buy from Jotex again in the future.

Delivery was perfect… but !
Delivery was perfect, in time and communication. However the assembly of the bed was not as expected.
Blend wooden planks and screws to be force to fit in, was part of the unsatisfactory feeling. Aesthetic wise, is a wonderful bed. The quality check of the product was completely missing.

Wrong item sent and slow customer support
Unfortunately they sent me the wrong color of the carpet I ordered. I contacted customer support. As indicated in the automatic email that they would get back within 48 hours, I still haven't heard from them yet. I hope I would hear from them soon to assist me with the case.
