Monthly Dividends should be streamlined
They are one of the biggest investment managers in the world. Some of their ETFs pay monthly dividends. However, they pay twice twice in December and skip it in January. It would be nice if they can streamline these dividend payments on a regular monthly basis and avoid unnecessary gimmicks.
