terrible translation

overall experience was good, but the korean translations were hust awful. how can you translate "pending" as "보류중" which means "suspended" in korean?

Great systemic lost and found service

RRRies were reasonably quick (took them 2 days) in responding to my claim. Staff at the RRRies station were friendly. The app/website was clear and user friendly. I am very happy to have gotten my things back in full!

Very prompt and helpful.

Very prompt and helpful.
Only one advice: be aware at the price for shipping the lost item, it is very high, so I chosed to pick It up in person (a friend of mine pick it up)

Superb service

I was traveling on the bus from Utrecht station where I lost my wallet. Besides cash my id document with a credit card were in the wallet. When checking the iLost platform back in my home country the wallet was listed there. I was collected by my son which went very smooth and professional. Best of all my belongings were in the wallet even the cash. I am grateful that we still have honest people in this world. Thanks to all.
