Amazing process and service

First off, can I just give appreciation to Zandra 👏👏 she’s a credit to your team!

I ordered a quite pricey Asado style grill which wasn’t quite ready to ship at the time of ordering. Zandra was immediately in touch to explain the delay and present options for me. I decided to stick with the order and I was kept informed, literally at every step of the way.

The grill was actually ready much quicker than the estimated time provided and I was given very flexible delivery options once the shipment was ready.

The delivery was completed perfectly and I had another call shortly afterwards (as I was assembling it) to check everything was all in order…. It was! I couldn’t be happier.

This is an amazing company, and I will be using them again, without hesitation.

Fantastic experience so far with this company. While I’m still waiting to receive the pizza oven, I felt it was worth leaving a review based on the service alone. Communication has been excellent throughout, with quick responses and clear, helpful advice at every stage. The team have been incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with, which makes a big difference. It’s refreshing to work with people who are both professional and approachable. Looking forward to receiving the oven and continuing what has been a great experience so far.

We’d been looking for a stylish radiator for our countryside house for ages and it turned out to be far harder than expected. Ice Cold Spice came through with the best selection we’d seen. Delivery was quick and they even helped with the installation. Their customer service team were easy to reach and happy to answer questions about the manual and fitting. Excellent service from start to finish — we’ll definitely use them again.
