The quality of the product is great! My feedback email about the image correction was done as I had described!
However, Hypemat mentioned to come in contact you when you paid for that extra image service. This did not happen, not even replying my email.

The mats are of good quality. The delivery was overall done well. The extra payment for the design proof didn't make any sense. It seems they didn't even look at it.

The Mat arrived in a quiet poor conditaion for that i payed a lot of cost (of corse also because of the Shipping and the taxes)

Hopefully we can do something with the price because it was not done well in some boarders of the mat

I had alot of trouble getting a custom playmat at other websites, and found this one in the end. The print was done in no time and shipped so fast, I got it in a few days.(I live in denmark). The print quality is great and the mat itself is amazing too! My sister loved it it!

The mat exceeded my expectations. It arrived ahead of schedule (it was on the address in 2 days)and is truly perfect. The seller is extremely professional, and I will definitely order more. If you decide to purchase, trust me, you won’t regret it.

Top quality, delivery within about 6 days and acceptable price. Will buy custom playmats here again. Just the designer for the custom mats should be improved to better handle uploaded images.

Top Qualität, Lieferung innerhalb etwa 6 Tagen und ein akzeptabler Preis. Werde hier wieder individuelle Playmats bestellen. Allerdings könnte die Designer-Oberfläche für hochgeladene Bilder bei individuellen Matten verbessert werden.

The custom mat has amazing resolution of the image you choose, unlike other companies, they don't downscale it. It is also very soft and high quality. They give you a bag for it too. 10/10

-sadly about 3cm of my uploaded artwork got cutoff and didn't make it onto the mat. i did not order the 10€ designcheck, maybe that will make a difference. so while the mat itself is good, it doesn't look the way i envisioned and will be replaced in the near future.
