Placed an order, payed, then no more communications, no reply to my emails, when I read these reviews I feel like an idiot for not checking Trustpilot...
I used to buy their stuff through another site and was always happy with the product, thinking if I order directly from them, what can go wrong? :(
Will update/change when I hear from them but at this point reading the other reviews... dont think that will happen...
Lesson learned!

I ordered from the US site and received nothing… to be clear I ordered 3 ounce of bud and what turned up was a box of peanut butter cookies, now I’m well aware of stealth tactics but let’s be honest if a package gets seized, nothing is received customers don’t removed the contraband and send the rest, these guys as well as other companies in the us rely on the fact because they operate in the USA nothing can be done for Europeans, out of 10 packages, half have been sent and half have been scams.. just to clarify iv orderd multiple times through the dark web where reviews and customer service actually matters (crazy) but true, and iv never had a package not delivered, no cookies or other lazy stealth methods and they still came, long story short your better off ordering from dark web vendors than these shadey clear web vendors that don’t give a shit about the scumbag staff they allow to handle orders..

My order was cancelled but no refund to my account. I sent email 8/20/26, see if I hear back from them...

Never received product

My review.... someone charged my CC and bought themselves something from this company. I'm fighting the fraudulent charges but its taking forever! Ive never heard of this company! I grow my own and make my own products.

Very disappointing experience.

I placed and paid for my order HP9681 immediately, and the item was shown as being in stock. After several days without any shipping update, I contacted customer support only to ask when my order would be dispatched.

Instead of answering my question, my order HP9681 was cancelled without my consent. I never requested a cancellation—I only wanted information about the delivery.

I was informed that my refund would be processed by June 22, but as of today, I still have not received any money back.

Poor communication, an unexplained cancellation, and an overdue refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

I find them very funny, strong enough to have a lot of fun in a safe way. I totally reccommend them, will buy again! :)

I've ordered from them for months without issues. Order always arrived within a week of ordering, small gifts and no delays. UNTIL the beginning of January, when i put my order in an hour later the whole store went out of stock. Order was not processed and nothing happened. Mailed them 2 times, got some weak explanations like shipping label company, relocation, then relocation not working cause of local rules, full of emojis (clearly AI written) with the offer to refund. I requested a refund on Tuesday 3 Feb 2026 and haven't heard from them since or seen a refund. I am opening a credit card dispute on Monday (9 feb) as I paid it with a credit card so I'll just reverse the transaction and let my cc company deal with them. If you read this and paid with card just contact your bank to reverse it, you got about 120 days to do this after purchase. I am disappointed in how everything went, since I really liked their products. If you have issues you don't allow people to order more and you deffo don't run a 30% winter sale if you can't ship.

Do not Order!!! They don't ship any products and does not inform customer. They take your money and you never hear something.

Every Week since mid of December 2025 I'm asking about an update and everytime I get the same answer for a delay because of labeling issue with the partner. This was also on November 2025.

Regardless of what they communicate AFTER I contact them, it's all bla bla. So I asked a refund via the Credit Card company and now I'm doing many bad customer experience comments on every plattform to inform all to NOT ORDER PRODUCTS, AS THEY DON'T DELIVER!!!

I had a 49EUR order delivered as promised within a week with Fedex I then ordered 93EUR of product on January 2. After more than 3 weeks and 2 emails requesting info about my order, Puffy responded on January 27 with an email, explaining that they had had a serious technical issue with their carrier and had been unable to ship any pending orders but that things were getting back on track. They offered a choice of cancelling the order. I opted to wait, and finally on February 17 my order was delivered. Well, better late than never. I will be ordering again as the products are really good and customer service, though a bit slow to respond, was polite and explanatory.

I made the purchase on January 4th. After coming up with countless excuses, they finally cancelled the order on February 5th. As of February 13th, I still haven’t received a refund, and they no longer reply to emails, they’ve completely disappeared.
On Monday, I will file an official report and notify to the authority and the Mastercard network about the scam.

Placed order on 12/5/25. Never sent. Contacted Puffy by email asking where my order was. On 12/20/25, I requested a refund since it still had not been shipped. Said they were running late, blah, blah, blah. That was on 12/23/25. Again requested a refund on 12/29/25. No response from Puffy. I have never received my order.

Amazing customer service anwsered in 1 day got the order status thankyou best company!! Order recieved thank you puffy❤️😁
