SCAM!

SCAM!
The negative reviews don't show up on the site.
What they're selling as delta-9 THC is synthetic cannabis, is harmful to health!
After a few days, even when stored in the original bag, the hash loses its flavor and falls apart completely.

It's by far the worst online store out there!
They're making up stories that they didn't send anything to Portugal, but they have my address (in Portugal) LOL
They say they didn't send any flowers, even though I specifically wrote that I bought hash—in other words, they don't even know what "hash" means!

The information provided in your review appears to be incorrect. The products you ordered were not even flowers, so we do not understand your comment regarding the flowers losing their flavor.

We can also see that your order included gummies, which makes your review even more difficult for us to understand.

Additionally, after checking our records, we cannot find any order shipped directly to Portugal matching the information provided.

Could you please send us more details so that we can identify your order and better understand the situation? Otherwise, we may have to consider the possibility that this review does not relate to a genuine order placed with us.

Ordered on the 31st

Ordered on the 31st, now the 4th of January past the delivery window promised in your website, multiple emails sent but not replied too, Still haven't been sent the tracking number, Will be in contact with the authorities if not sent. Order is #31615
Requesting a full refund for my items or I will contact authorities and take you to court with a 32 page document that states that you have gone past delivery windows. Not sent the order. And you still never say the name of the modified delta 9 component that makes it "legal" including selling to countries where it is illegal completely. You have also not sent me the email in regards to change the delivery information, I'd like to update an say you were extremely deep in my spam folder with your response email, have responded with updated name

Vous avez effectivement passé commande le 31 décembre. Cependant, les informations de livraison fournies étaient incomplètes : seul la lettre B a été indiquée en guise de nom. Pour une livraison, et plus particulièrement vers le Royaume-Uni avec les contrôles douaniers, les informations de base nom et prénom sont obligatoires, en plus de l’adresse.

Nous vous avons contacté par email afin d’obtenir ces informations, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse de votre part.

Nous venons de vous renvoyer un nouveau message à ce sujet. À ce jour, aucune demande de remboursement ne nous avait été adressée, hormis celle figurant dans l’avis publié, que vous avez ensuite copié et envoyé par email.

You did place your order on December 31st. However, the shipping information provided was incomplete: only the letter B was entered as the recipient name. For deliveries — especially to the United Kingdom due to customs requirements — basic information such as first and last name is mandatory, in addition to the address.

We contacted you by email to request this information, but did not receive any response from you.

We have just sent you another message regarding this matter. To date, we have not received any refund request, except for the one included in your published review, which you later copied and sent to us by email.
