Really smooth experience
Really smooth experience. The movers were friendly and careful with my belongings. They listened when I told them which ones were fragile.
They were organised in moving my items into my apartment building, ensuring no items were lost, and gave me time to double check I had everything.
I was also able to ride in the moving van to get to my destination address.

Flawless!
We booked with them very last minute. Not only did we get an excellent price, the service was absolutely flawless. They came on time, were very careful with wrapping everything, unassembled and reassembled everything perfectly ( even complicated recliners) and were very friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

Help with a last minute move
We had a last minute move due to unforeseen circumstances and contacted Hippo based on this reviews.
We had a response from Kyle G really quick via email, followed up with a WhatsApp message. Kyle was amazingly helpful, clearly explaining all options and gave a clear price. When it became apparent that there was no availability for Hippo to do our move, Kyle did not stop until he found us an alternative solution. His service was second to none and really helped with us with a very stressful situation.
Whilst we didn't decide to use Hippo for our removal in the end, I wanted to take time to leave this review and thank Kyle for his amazing work.
If you are in need of a removal firm, this is definitely the one to go for!
