Fast efficient and unbeatable price. Only downside is the nest heating controls haven't been connected up so I'll have to pay an electrician to get that back up and running and also the engineer said that there wasn't any power to the boiler so has had to plug our boiler into a socket next to the boiler by fitting a 3 pin plug.. which I don't understand how there wasn't any power to the boiler when there was before they completed the install.

Back boiler conversion
I had made enquiries to several boiler replacement companies and to be fair they all had knowledgeable staff but heatable seemed to be that little bit more in tune to my requirements. Staff were very friendly and kept be informed all the way from enquiry to completion

The two engineers that fitted my system were ever so polite & friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Had to move a wall painting, which was no problem at all. Clean & tidy,

Excellent experience installing a home battery.
I had an excellent experience buying a home battery through Heatable. I'd never heard of them before. Now, I would definitely try to use them for anything else I need (boiler / solar panels). I have found them to be professional (but friendly) and the company that does the installation on their behalf Viable Power, are simply excellent. Heatable's service is excellent and humans (not AI) respond to emails and calls. I felt that Heatable really wanted me to have a good experience with them. Solar power and batteries often feels like cowboy land. Not with Heatable. You can buy from them with confidence.

From booking to the installation…
From booking to the installation process was very seamless.. the team has installed the boiler at the required new location on the day of installation. Had some issue with my new vertical flue and the team had responded back quickly and resolved the issue promptly. To my surprise the had come later and add some additional fittings fixes to my flue so i should nut have any issues further. Highly recommended

Superb from start to finish
Superb from start to finish - I was dreading having my boiler replaced, but Heatable and the installers Ashley and Chris were fantastic. Everything done in less than a day. The quality of the installation was excellent and they sorted everything out before they left.
I was particularly pleased that after the quote there was no hard sell - I was able to pick exactly what I wanted rather than being told what I wanted as was the case with some other quotes. It was also a very competitive price.
The whole process was very simple and I’m really pleased with my new boiler.

Replacing a boiler is certainly a miserable task, I dread the day my boiler starts circling the drain so I totally get the pain. I'm happy we were able to flip the frown back around and show you why buying a new boiler doesn't have to be a painful experience and can feel smooth and seamless. 🥰
