Norman provided excellent support in…
Norman provided excellent support in delivering the heavy salt bags and ensured they were placed in the correct storage area. He demonstrated strong knowledge of his role. In addition, when I initially called Harvey to report that the complimentary salt bags from the referral had not arrived, the telephone representative promptly took the appropriate steps to ensure I received them on time.

The whole process from start to finish…
The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The sales rep Dave was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. Our Harvey water softener was installed by Aron, he did an excellent job and explained everything. He was very tidy and answered our questions and provided a demo before he finished.

Filter subscription issue
This company was so supportive during installation but they have been missing sending out filter which I am subscribed to for yearly replacement. I always have to call them, remind them and they make the same excuse about their system fault or my bank fault. I had to call them multiple times regarding this issue and it never gets resolved every year. They need to either get their system right or stop selling this subscription filter during installation.

Stuart was very helpful and friendly
Stuart was very helpful and friendly. My husband took the delivery and I could hear them chatting and then my husband came in saying, "what a lovely guy!". Since Harvey started doing their own deliveries, the salt arrives in great condition, on time and with a great customer service.

Excellent service by Stuart Chapman. This is the 2nd time he was delivering to us and was very helpful, friendly and professional. Stuart helped carry the salts and place them where they go, which can be quite tough for me as they are quite heavy. I appreciate his help.
