Fantastic service. Our second time ordering from this company. The watch was delivered within 48 hours. It was nicely packaged and well protected during delivery. Competitive prices also. Would highly recommend this shop.

Before Hartmann’s, other shops overwhelmed us when shopping for my engagement ring. Everything felt rushed, impersonal and no real help or guidance on being shown what looked good or didn’t. Then we met Kitty. She got us booked in within the hour, gave us all the time we needed, explained everything to us about all the different rings without causing confusion, and made the whole process fun so fun!
We genuinely laughed so much through the appointment and that just made us feel so at ease.
I was certain I would go for a gold band and an emerald—needless to say, I joyfully left with a platinum band and a the most stunning ring I could have ever imagined. Kitty encouraged us to take time - take the weekend and not feel any pressure, but we returned 20 minutes later because we knew it was the one. When I went back for resizing, Kitty welcomed me like an old friend. She made what started as overwhelming feel magical. If you’re looking for engagement rings—or any jewelry—Kitty is truly the one to go to!

STAY VIGILANT, SELLING USED WATCHES AS NEW!!!

Inspect the condition of your goods & check watch manufacturing dates prior to commiting to any purchase, as they are selling used stock as new!!!

I have ordered a Longines Master Collection Chronograph with Moonphase 40mm, during their sale event. Website did NOT state that the watch was used or even a display unit, as later claimed by the owner.

Paid 2800 from 4000 MSRP, watch has arrived today, and upon opening, it clearly shows a HEAVILY USED unit, deep scratches and scuffs all over the case and bracelet, along with grime on the clasp, on top of that, the date on the box was 04/2021 pointing to 5 years old heavily used watch, that does not have any warranty anymore, and most likely requires immediate service!

I have immidiately contacted the shop via phone and was advised to email Richard on his work email along with pictures of the watch, and so I did.

Within 20-30 minutes i received the most unproffesionnal response, and I quote 'The watch was on display as all new watches are in a retail environment. If there are any scuffs I do apologise that they were not spotted'

Claiming that they have personally inspected the watch, and that they are 30+ years in the business, and that they would have spoted if there were any scratches.

The only solution offered by Richard, was for me to arrange the return, and they would refund me after they receive the watch back, no mention of fixing the issue or replacement, no!
As a matter of fact they said they will not check if there is availablity.
Only a straight forward insults by telling me that the watch left their shop in good condition, insinuating that I might have caused the damage! saying, that they are extremely happy that I will not be one of their customers in the future.
Lying to me by saying that ALL new watches are on display.
All of which is extremely unprofessional, and does not correspond to a luxury timepiece dealer.

If that wasn't enough, the owner of the shop, shared my personal details taken from the invoice, on a personal post on social media as a reprimand, and despite me asking to remove my details twice, they failed to do so, which is a serious breach of GDPR law, which has been now reported to GDPR commisioner.

All of the above, only because I have complained that they sold me a USED watch as a NEW.

CCPC report has been submited, and official complaint with Longines Switzerland has been made!

I have been collecting watches for many years now, and it is a first time that I am being treated this badly!

Unfortunately there is no option lo leave 0 stars.

I was informed directly about when my watch would be delivered, fast delivery, well packaged, great value and service.
