I ordered 8 pieces of jewellery some for myself some as gifts. The service was quick and I was kept in touch with Harrison and James. It is a great pity an excellent business has to close, offering free stock was extremely kind.

I placed an order for a beautiful ring and when it arrived, someone had cut a slit in the packaging and removed the ring. After contacting Harrison, customer service support got busy on resolving my issue immediately and are resending the ring promptly. Their customer service is the best. And I do mean, the best..

The two products I took ( a ring & a necklace) are for my dear wife who sadly has been battling kidney failure for two years, for our 51st Anniversary, in August. I have received them, they are incredible, and something that I would never have been able to afford. My 2 rings I ordered arrived with thanks. My order was 1 day late but I sent one email to let them know that my order didn't arrive on their date mentioned. I got the response straight away that they will follow up and the same day in the afternoon they confirmed that it's on delivery the very next day. So, it arrived and I am very happy with my rings. Had no problems with site or staff all easy to mail and replies recieved within hours of asking. The pieces we recieved are fabulous. Could not want a better shopping experience.

Although my package was delivered to the wrong address (this was the couriers fault) Harrisons have kept me updated all the way through, resending me the package again. Thanks to Sophie and staff. Lovely earrings this is the third order I have place and all of the jewellry looks really good and all I had to pay for was the postage.

Coned my partner twice these rings took 3 weeks no box packaging and took money out twice reported you how could you con people like that what is ment to be happy day

My experience was great as the staff were so friendly and helpful i picked a pr of earrings nd a ring .When recieved them I was over the moon with both items it took a lil time to get to me but once they arrived I wear the ring most days My grandaughter chose the ear rings nd she really loves them thank you so much for our items

The solitaire rings I got i loved them but on wearing them my fingers went black and the rings tarnished was so upset everything else I have got from you are fine

I have had 3 lots of lovely jewellery from here. If I had to find fault, the only thing I could say would be that items do take a little while to come - but if all you are paying for delightful stuff is the postage, that doesn't even take 1% off a star in my rating. Many thanks.

Wrong item sent ordered a necklace got earrings difficult to get any reply will not recommend them and took weeks for the order to come

Rings arrived and to be honest l was not expecting much, as l paid very little for them but both are utterly beautiful. The 3 stack blue crystal ring l will wear all the time it has in fact replaced wedding ring. The solitaire is for best and when l go somewhere special. I cannot thankyou enough if you can please give this jewelers a look as far as l can tell they only sell the best of the best.
