We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements.
At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

The delivery company could not deliver the club I ordered and sent it back. After I told Halpenny they reacted immediately and after it was confirmed that they had received the club I was immediately refunded.

Hi Eli. As per email communication , we have reached out to DPD and are making every attempt to resolve the delivery issue and delay.
Currently they are looking into the issue, and we have supplied them with clarification on shipping detials. Should the case be they have misplaced the parcel we will of course reach out to you and look to reship or refund you as needed
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by International depot.
