At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

Halpenny golf
Halpenny golf, Carrickmines, had a feel of doomsday today. I suggest some shop merchandise organisation, staff training and customer service is a priority. When I got a staff members attention (they were on phone or playing golf) I was shown stacks of boxes of shoes and told there they are! The sizes were all jumbled up so a deep search ensued. When I asked for socks I was shown 1000 of men’s. Not a ladies pair in sight. The suggested offer to lend a pair to try on shoes was not entertained. My impression is that the staff are tired, fed up and the shop is not much better. McGurks here I come.

Excellent Service from Halpenny Golf in Carrickmines
I recently purchased a new driver, putter and golf trolley from Halpenny Golf and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
A special mention to Jonathon Carton, who was excellent throughout the whole process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, taking the time to make sure I was happy with my purchases and got exactly what I needed.
It’s great to receive this level of customer service, and Jonathon is a real credit to the team at Halpenny Golf. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for golf equipment and will definitely be back again.

Hi:
I was in Halpenny golf in Carrickmines Dublin today. I was looking for a fairway wood that could help me with particular shots I have been having problems with of recent weeks.
I was unsure at what was best for myself until I was asked by Jonathan Carton if I required any help.
After explaining to Jonathan ,I found him very helpful and patient with me . He explained some possible clubs that might be what I could improve with (with practice) .
I purchased one the clubs he recommended and left the shop with the hope that his advice and my own attention to his verbal points of view will stand to me.
I appreciate Jonathan's attention to me at all times. I look forward to trying out the club in a few weeks, and hopefully my game will improve?
