Wanted to return 2 pairs of pants that I just received. They did not fit. The return process is complicated and the company does NOT make it easy to do so. VERY frustrating because I have made purchases in the past and I do like their jeans.
Returns on unused products should be easier!!
I think they make it hard to return so you don't even though you want to exchange for a bigger size.

I was very easy once I figured out the size I think I should get. We'll see. Had to return one item because it was to small. Received a gift card on return so used it here.

This company has consistently impressed me with quality and service. On my last order, I got a dress to wear to my friends baby shower and unknowingly also added two preorder items. The preorder items were going to prevent me from getting the dress for the baby shower on time, so I reached out and they were able to send me the dress in time. On top of their excellent customer service, I love the quality, fit, and style of the clothes. I have ordered from Halara at least 5 times and will continue to,

Very deceitful company with regards to their promo code. They advertised 25% off on all items when you signed up for text messaging and I did sign up but when I tried to apply the code it only gave me 5% off. I contacted customer service and all they did was apologize and I was confused with the promo when in fact their promo is misleading and DECEITFUL !

Should of know better and went back to purchased three items with a gift card provided by Halara. The gift card did not work or go through, so it went immediately and charged my credit card without my authorization. I really don't know why so much negligence with this company. It was never like this before. I have also emailed the support customer service. I have always given great reviews and told all my friends about Halara. Can't believe this happend!!!!

I have purchased items off and on for years from HALARA. Recently I purchased a pair of HALARA Flex High waisted jeans. One pair in white and one pair in black. I probably wore them each 5 times and this week both of them ripped in the cr*tch. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement or a refund and they declined. These are poorly made and if you purchase just know they are more disposable and won’t last 6 months.

Predatory marketing tactics and manipulative pricing structures used to convince you it is good quality or good price. It is priced too highly for these low quality products. For every 1 item (like their jumpsuit) you like there will be 5 that suck - bad fabric, inconsistent sizing. Poor customer service and experience, their agents will offer you 0 help. They will charge you for return shipping labels but it’s actually more money than a label actually costs.

This is my 3rd order from Halara. Easy ordering, fast shipping and always packed well. Clothes are quality and fit true to size. I'm hooked!

I ordered shorts, leggings, and dresses a couple weeks ago. I absolutely love everything. The material is so silky, evening send to run true to size. I just ordered more shorts and pants (the flowy ones with the front slit about to the knee). I tracked my order through the Halara app, and I'm so excited for my next round of clothes to get here!

Same here. They tell you you will receive 25% off then don't give it to you. Scam and false advertising. This is apparently a company owned by all woman, you are giving us a bad reputation, do better!!! Clearly they are focused only on the bottom line and not customer satisfaction.

It was easy to shop on the website. I found almost everything I wanted and a couple of items were out of stock in the color I wanted. Good sale prices and coupons.

The variety was very nice and I found what I wanted fairly easily. The quality of previous items enabled me to look for more I might like. The customer service is good and when I had trouble with a previous order, the customer service sent me a gift card to make up for any inconvenience. An all around good company to order from.

I signed up to receive text messages from Halara with the promise of 25% my first order. I then received a welcome text stating "Your coupon code is SMASA1 for 25% off for all items". After spending time picking out items, imagine my surprise when I was only receiving 5% of my order. I then waited over half an hour with Customer Service trying to resolve the issue with the code, only to be told that there were "coupon conditions" that were never outlined ANYWHERE.

This is false advertising, misleading customers, and absolute crap. I wonder how many times folks didn't do math, or just didn't order because they didn't promise on what they delivered. Either way, I won't be shopping with Halara.

Fake coupons! I was excited to try their clothes after reading other reviews, went online and saw an offer for “unlock 25% off your order” for subscribing to SMS. I read the conditions, which were all about signing up for SMS and it being an initial order. I signed up and received a text reading “Halara: Welcome! Your coupon code is SMSA1 for 25% off for all items. Shop now STOP to cancel.” I put together an order of 134.80, but I entered the code, it “found” that $15 off was my “best discount.” I contacted live chat customer service with all of the term details and information, and was told “We sincerely apologize for the confusion and understand your concern. We never intended for the offer to feel misleading. Due to SMS character length limitations, the full promotion details are not always shown in the text message itself. However, during registration, the promotion is advertised as "up to 25% OFF!" The coupon conditions are outlined below: * 5% OFF - Orders over $0
USD * $15 OFF — Orders over $129
USD * $40 OFF — Orders over $179
USD * 25% OFF — Orders over $399
USD.

RETURNING. HORRIBLE FABRIC. wrinkles badly when they advertise wrinkle resistant. Have order pants from Temu which were a better product and made better.

Order arrived and package was split open with pants exposed.

Received one pant in correct colour other pant was wrong colour.

I love Halara. No matter what I am searching for, any occasion, I find what I need. The fit is great and especially for business casual.

High quality clothing, perfect fit, accurate sizing. Easy shopping and shipping.

The ordering process could be easier. The trash can is not aligned with the right product, causing me to delete the incorrect order several times. I previously ordered 3 pair of the 7" shorts (I love them!) so I also wanted to order some longer shorts as I am very tall. The process took much longer than anticipated.

PUT MY PHONE NUMBER IN AND NEVER RECEIVED A TEXT FOR A DISCOUNT. SIGNED UP FOR EMAIL AND THAT DISCOUNT WAS INVALID AS WELL. DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS AND NOT GIVE THEM. THESE DISCOUNTS OFFERED ARE JOKES.
