I was worried given the reviews when i ordered but everything went smoothly and delivery was quick. Packages a little torn on arrival but that's not their fault. Happy with products.

We like the weights bench with weights but the most frustrating thing was the instructions. A small A5 booklet with tiny diagram and numbers pointing to each part. No step by step guide. Just a blown up diagram of the bench. They are the worst instructions I have ever seen in my life. Whoever came up with these instructions needs to find a new job. Also no dumbbells with the weights set which is very very odd.

- The metal profiles are filled with iron filings
- The installing material (bolts, screws, etc.) have very poor quality for such device that is supposed to support high weight.

The pull-up bar I bought is extremely heavy-duty and feels virtually indestructible. However, the welding is poor and the bars aren't symmetrical. I may have expected too much, but I'll be looking at these bars every day, and they're a constant reminder of the lack of attention to detail. They look like they were hand made by someone with very limited experience of welding.

I ordered a pull up bar for my son, delivery was within a couple of days so all fine. We started to build it on the same day & soon realised we had issues. On one part a hole was not fully drilled so you were unable to get the bolt through. Thinking we might be able to make it work we moved to the next step. Unbelievably part of the main frame had no pre drilled holes! So completely useless.
I emailed them straight away on the Friday with photos showing the issues, they are only open 9-5 Mon to Friday.
After a few days, I lodged a complaint as I have had no response or acknowledgement of my email. It has now been 1 week & they have made no contact in relation to my first email or the complaint form.
I have now contacted PayPal to request my money back, as I have no hope of getting a refund from dealing with them directly.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

1065HB Pro Weights bench purchased via decathlon. Took 5 hours to build. Is extremely flimsy. Not compatible with 6ft barbell. The bench tips upwards when trying to do dips. Fly handles an utter waste of time, leg press poorly designed and would only work if you have very short legs. Complete rubbish

I saw the reviews before ordering and I didn’t dare to order from their website.

Surprisingly, I found the same seller in Amazon with the same product and price. At least, if something would go wrong, Amazon would take care of it. And of course, something did go wrong.

My order is out of delivery, after 5mins it is returning back to the seller, then they mark the order as “Undeliverable”.

I tried to connect with the seller and they immediately marked my ticket as “closed - solved” without replying. But they knew to update their website the next day with a new sale on my product and different bundles.

It’s been 11 days since my order and we are trying now with Amazon to find a solution in order to get back the full refund because the seller is not responding at all.

If Amazon is struggling to handle the communication with them, why you think you will be different?

*Quick Update.
They tried to communicate with me on 16 of July 2026 through amazon’s seller - customer chat, about the issue that took place, trying to convince me to remove this review.

In addition, they claim that they offered as solution to me during May or June, to choose “another colour way ” of the product, to replace it, as the other one was damaged during delivery but since “I did not respond” they moved forward with the refund. This never happened and when I asked them about their evidence of that - they just ignored it.

Thanks to Amazon for ensuring my refund prior to their response as they were unreachable in the beginning and irresponsible until the end. Waste of time.

As a disabled person recovering from spinal surgeries, I bought the HS-070L Helix recumbent bike from Hop-Sport, hoping to continue gentle rehabilitation at home.

Unfortunately, after barely two weeks of use, the machine developed a loud internal noise. My initial request was simple: I only asked for technical assistance or a repair solution so I could continue using the bike. However, after weeks of delays and repetitive responses, no real support was provided.

Eventually, I was instructed to completely repackage and return the machine, even though I had never initially asked for a refund. I actually wanted either a repair or a replacement.

The most frustrating part was the return process itself. Repacking such a large machine into its original packaging was extremely difficult, especially considering my physical condition after spinal operations. Despite this, I still managed to prepare the return.

From there, the real problems began: unclear pickup arrangements, poor communication, no proper collection confirmation, and a stressful PayPal dispute process simply to secure the refund.

In the end, the refund was completed, but the overall customer experience was exhausting and unnecessarily complicated.

A company selling rehabilitation or fitness equipment should handle after-sales support, returns, and disabled customers with far more professionalism, transparency, and respect.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.
The exercise bike arrived faulty with no working resistance whatsoever, making it basically useless. I sent video evidence immediately, only to be repeatedly fobbed off with offers of replacement parts instead of a proper resolution.
Customer service was incredibly frustrating and felt deliberately difficult the entire time. After eventually agreeing to a return, they then expected me to dismantle, package and transport a heavy exercise bike myself despite me clearly explaining multiple times that I had no packaging materials and no way of safely shipping it.
Every response felt like another obstacle designed to avoid taking responsibility for a faulty product.
Would not purchase from this company again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Not going to lie found the item I wanted cheapest on here bought it then decided to read the reviews and thought “oh crap I’ve just lost my money or I’m going to get a piece of metal through!

How wrong I was item delivered in 2 days.
All parts were present. Easy to assemble a slug could do it! Picture was exactly the same as the item advertised and it works! Can’t wait for my six pack and to be in fitness modelling magazines 😂

Shocking customer service - received a faulty item has taken over a months worth of emails to finally get it sent back to them now they have not sent me a replacement or replied to my emails for over a week and have effectively stolen my money - I will be seeking legal advice - do not order from them

Great service, i ordered and had within 48 hrs. Royal mail delivered this. Got sent a tracking number from these guys. (Abs trainer) .
Defo recommend and great prices and easy to assemble.

Order processed and sent quickly,some screws were missing and some nuts were not right but easy for me to get myself which is why I gave four stars instead of five,happy with the weight bench and the barbell and weight plates, overall good quality equipment which arrived quick

Ordered pull up / dip station Thursday,delivered on Monday.Put up in 30 mins,seems pretty sturdy

I ordered a weights workout bench and a Barbell Bar I received the order confirmation but I didn't get any shipping details, I contacted the customer service 4 day's after I ordered as I had read the reviews and I was worried I had been stung, I got a reply within 24 hours (which i thought was reasonable) they gave me a tracking number and said the it showed on their system that one package was delivered the day before which it hadn't but, the Barbell bar arrived that day (which was a Friday). The weights bench arrived on the Monday (the next working day). It was annoying that it came as a split delivery (this was down to the courier and not Hop-sport). I built the bench and all the bits were present and it's been amazing ever since. My only recommendation for the company is to provide a tracking number as soon as it has left the warehouse. Don't listen to all the bad reviews as people only leave feedback when they have had a bad experience.

Ordered a full weight bench kit only half of it got delivered still waiting 7weeks later for the other half and still no response to emails or a solution to resolve this. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered the hs1055 pri bench in Friday 20th Feb then read reviews and began to worry as had nothing since confirmation of payment. Bench arrived today Monday 23rd feb. Bench is of reasonable quality for the price.

I placed an order with this company for a pull up/dip station. I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews on here. However, I can only speak from my own experience and everything was fine. My order arrived within 48 hours as they said it would. All the parts were in the box, it was securely packaged and all in order. I put the workout station together in about 30 mins and its really good quality and very stable and sturdy. Should provide reliable long term use in my opinion. Some people seem to have had a negative experience with Hop Sport but personally I'm really happy with them.

Do not order anything off this site. Keep well away. SCAM

Unfortunetely I have been scammed as well by this company, did order this 50% discounted abdominal muscle trainer, they advertise that will deliver in 48h. After waiting for 2 days I asked for order status and replied that there is a delayed by warehouse. After other 2 days I asked again and they said have been delivered in the day I asked for first order update. They emailed me a screenshot with royal mail tracking code showing has been delivered, A BIG LIE. When checked the tracking code againat my postcode guess what! No match, no infos displayed.
Avoid...avoid...avoid.
