GYM SETS LTD Reviews

If I could score it 0, I would. I've used this company twice now. I had a dreadful experience where I received half my order, across several deliveries, spanning several weeks previously, but having resolved that and seen some positive reviews coming in I decided to give them another shot.

That was a terrible decision and the result has been having to pay for delivery, a processing fee and a return for a product that I cancelled within a minute of ordering by mistake.

Be warned, the prices are attractive but you pay the real price when it comes to quality and customer service.

Fast delivery and well packaged. I love my Kettlebell.

Excellent customer service from this small independant business. Super happy with our adjustable weights which are perfect. I will be shopping with these guys again.

Ordered some dumbbells, kit is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Good kit at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. Would definitely shop here again.

Excellent quality and outstanding customer service! I purchased a 10kg kettlebell from Gym Sets LTD, and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The product is superb, and the customer service was professional, friendly and excellent throughout.

I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying again. Highly recommended!

Great equipment and exactly as advertised. Delivery was super quick. Will 100% be using Gym Sets for any other equipment I need

I received personalized email from Gym Sets which I thought was a little bizarre, telling me my order was delivered. Nothing was delivered, I emailed back asking for more details as there was no photo evidence. I did not get a response.

I was delighted with my order . It arrived quickly and to all my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to feel safe to recommend, anyone to feel free and safe to order . It is a good company , and wants everything perfect before order is sent out . I am very happy

Now a very excited owner of a magnificently built studio quality reformer that I hadn't anticipated owning until a couple of weeks ago. Came across GYM SETS website by chance, could hardly believe the price, read many of the reviews, contacted Gym Sets with query, received a very quick and pleasant response and ordered immediately on 25/10. Received reformer on 28th! Did I say I'm thrilled?
Great communication from the company before and after sale, a fantastic price for such a solidly made bit of equipment, a quick deliver, amazingly solid packaging, and did I say I'm thrilled to have my own studio quality reformer?
It's almost identical to the one I've been using at a weekly class and it had never occurred to me I might be in a position to own one so thank you so much GYM SETS for making this fine machine so affordable. I would most certainly recommend the machine and your excellent customer service.

Great experience and the best price I could find. Quick and easy delivery too so I would highly recommend!

Ordered a gym mat and 2 sets of resistance bands, most of the resistance bands arrived within 2 days with Amazon, Evri took over a week to deliver the gym matt, without the outstanding band. Initially provided a 2 star review based on poor delivery. Lynjay was very great in getting everything sorted.
The bands and mat are great products.

I bought 2 sets of dumbells from Gym Sets limited as the prices were by far the lowest I could find online. I didn't realise the sets would be delivered separately so I contacted there customer services department and they could not been more helpful. It was primarily Ghene who liaised with me and I coilsnt have asked for more! Excellent equipment and service!

Speedy delivery great products and customer service will be returning for my next gym purchases

The dumbbells are great and exactly what I was after. Are not some cheap alternative, they feel really solid and are the correct weights.
I had a quick question when they arrived and was quickly responded to by Jessa who helped me through the question and their customer service was exceptional.
I can happily recommend this company and products and will be buying from them again.

Trouble free transaction. Item as described. Quick delivery.

Great product, really well made. Nice customer support after the purchase to check that I am happy with the product.

Really easy to install. We used them as an overarching gym floor in an upstairs bedroom. We did still add more solid matts under weights areas as these would dent easily with heavy weights and equipment on them, but as an underfloor they are perfect and look great. Steady to stand on and easy to fit.

I don’t work out often, ever since my disabilities got so bad I struggled to move. but I’ve been trying to focus on rebuilding my arm muscle recently. I bought a large amount of workout equipment from different brands and I won’t lie I was pretty scared some of them wouldn’t work. My old pull up bar was super faulty (from a different brand) and I’m pretty heavy so I wasn’t sure if the similar items I bought on here would work. Needless to say they have and still are! They were surprisingly affordable and really easy to use/put together. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thanks!!

These dumbbells are exactly as I'd hoped they would be.
They appear to be very well made, of excellent appearance, and extremely good value for money.
I really can't find anything negative to say about them.
Oh, and the service and delivery was first rate.
