excellent customer service with quick and correct answers

I received a beautiful wooden watch as a gift. I'd dreamed of it for a long time, and then the opportunity came. I used it with respect for a few years, and one day the wood broke. Wood, as we know, has its own knots, its own grain, and is natural and follows its own course. I contacted the manufacturer explaining the problem and they made it easier for me to return the watch for viewing. To my surprise shortly after I received a new beautiful watch just like the previous one. I thank you for your kind attention to care throughout the value chain. Unique quality and original items

Holzkern is really a great business with great products. I was one of those "tough" customers - not by choice but things just ended up that way, as they do sometimes. But I must give credit where credit is due, and give all my accolades and appreciation to them. I bought a bandlet, which is absolutely stunning, but it needed repair. No problem - they fixed it right up. That might seem insignificant, but it really means something to know that they stand behind their products. A lot of companies don't do this because they sell junk - not Holzkern, their stuff is beautifully crafted and really goes beyond expectations. If you're wondering whether or not to order from them, don't hesitate. It's high quality, beautiful jewelry, and you can really trust them as a company.

I had purchased a bandlet from Holzkern previously as a present and was that pleased with it that I ordered one for myself.

The original order was not received from the carrier and, as such, was a disappointment, However, this was more than compensated for by the support provided by the Holzkern team.

The second bandlet has been received and (if possible) exceeds my expectations.

Incredible product and company. My husband LOVES his bracelet. And it's so well packaged in the box, comes with a tool and extra links to adjust to the right size. Unfortunately the bracelet clasp/clip broke. So I reached out on their website and they are shipping me a new clasp link via Fedex within 3 days of me submitting!
We are fans. And I've now "hinted" to my husband a bracelet I want - so we'll see if I get lucky with a gift!

My wife has 2 watches from the company which she loves for the design and what the company stand for. She bought me a bracelet as a gift which is a lovely design, but after just under a year a link came away . I contacted the company and there was no hesitation in wanting to help. They explained how it could have happened and how they could resolve it for me. Customer service was excellent and definitely recommend them as a quality product and excellent customer care. Great products and, equaly as important, outstanding customer service.

The service provided during the repair of my bracelet, after I lost a link, is exceptional. With a great deal of patience and back-and-forth email correspondence, my problem was eventually resolved. Much respect for the customer service.

I started having issue with my clasp staying closed on my bandlet. I opened a service ticket on their site and received a response quickly letting me know they would be happy to send a replacement. I received a replacement clasp quickly they shipped from Fedex and a neat little tool to swap out the clasp. Fixed in about 5 mins. Great experience!

Some time ago, I bought a necklace as a gift for my girlfriend. I really loved the unique design, and it was perfect for her. After some time, one of the links broke, which can of course happen. I contacted customer service and arranged to send the necklace back to have it repaired.
Once they received it, I was told that they could no longer restore it to a perfect condition. That’s unfortunate, but we understood.
However, we asked them to send the necklace back to us because it has a lot of sentimental value, and a local jeweller could still repair it. Instead, they simply threw the necklace away without consulting us.
Holzkern presents itself as a company that takes pride in its unique jewellery pieces, but apparently, when they can no longer repair something to their own standards, they simply throw it away without asking the customer.
This is one of the most unprofessional ways I have ever seen a company handle a customer’s personal property. It didn’t need to be perfect for us, its sentimental value was far more important.
According to them, a 20% discount coupon was supposedly enough to compensate for this. Obviously, it isn’t.
Take this as a warning if you are considering buying something from Holzkern. They may value their products themselves, but when it comes to a piece of jewellery that has personal meaning to the customer, they clearly don’t treat it with the same care that you would expect.

I contacted Holzkern's customer service about two issues (one a mistake on my end – forgetting to apply a coupon, and the other an issue with the delivery – everything arrived but the watch itself), and the Holzkern team was fully helpful solving both issues. They were kind, always responded within a reasonable time frame, and resolved both issues completely without any runaround or hassle. I am glad to say that I am fully satisfied, and am very pleased with both the customer service and the watch!

I had a necklace from them. It was one of my most valuable pieces of jewelry.

Sadly, one of the links of the necklace had become weak and broken. Just one link. The rest of the necklace was still perfect.

So I went to my local jeweler and asked about it. He said it could definitely be fixed, although you would be able to visually see where it had been repaired. I was completely fine with that. All I wanted was to wear my necklace again.

He then suggested, “Maybe the person who created it could fix it even better than we could.”

That made a lot of sense to me. So that’s what I did. I reached out to Holzkern and told them what had happened.

I packaged my necklace very carefully, back in its original box. I wrapped it in about ten layers of bubble wrap. I secured the package with the strongest Bizon duct tape. I put a fragile sticker on it, and I included a letter in two languages asking for advice. I explained the situation: the necklace was still in perfect condition, but one single link had broken. I explained how valuable it was to me and asked them, please, to let me know what they would do in this situation.

Could it be repaired? Could it perhaps be transferred to a new necklace they might still have? What would they recommend?

I wasn't asking them to do anything yet. I was asking for help with something I cared so much about.

I sent it out and didn't hear anything for a while, so I assumed they were evaluating it carefully.

Then I finally heard back. To say I was shocked is a understatement.

They had completely dismantled my necklace. They had destroyed the entire thing, taking everything apart.

They didn't even ask me.
It was one broken link.
One.

And they destroyed the entire necklace.

I was so crushed. My necklace had been in perfect condition apart from that one link. It could have been repaired. My local jeweler had already told me it could be.

But without asking me about my wishes, they took it all apart.

And now I will never see my necklace again. They will not give it back.

They are keeping it, as it has been destroyed. The necklace I sent them, the necklace that meant so much to me is gone.

And I could have, at this very moment, been wearing it if I had stayed with my local jeweler.

Instead, I trusted them.

And they took everything away from me without my knowledge or permission.

I never asked them to do any of this.

I just wanted some advice about a situation because they were the ones who created the necklace. I thought they would care. I thought they would understand the value of a unique piece of jewelry, especially when I had clearly explained how important it was to me.

I never imagined they would destroy something so important to me.

So please be warned. If you ever send your most beloved piece of jewelry to them, especially something with irreplaceable sentimental value, please think very carefully. I would advise anyone and everyone to go to a trusted local jeweler, or at least somewhere else where they will listen to what you're asking and make sure you actually give permission before doing something irreversible.

You don't want to experience what I have experienced.

The whole process has been traumatic for me. I have sleepless nights. It's one of the first things I think about when I wake up in the morning. I miss it every single day, and I know I will never get that necklace back.

I still can't believe that the creator of a piece of jewelry could destroy something that I had clearly explained was so important to me.

They refuse to send it back to me. I would have happily taken it back broken if they said they couldn’t help out. No problem at all. Now because I trusted them, I will never ever see it again.

I’ve had my wooden watch for five years, and it’s still working perfectly. Its appearance hasn’t changed, and the quality is just as good as when I first got it. Unfortunately, I lost the strap connection in an accident and had to order a new strap. Holzkern was very kind and even offered me a discount on the replacement.
