I placed a substantial order, largely for Christmas gifts. This company did not ship my order for over three months, because one item was currently on backorder. No notification or follow up. I had to inquire REPEATEDLY what the delay was and when my order could be expected. Christmas came and went and I had to purchase gifts elsewhere, all the while the company held on to my payment and refused to ship my order. Then they refused to cancel a portion of the order, saying it was impossible. What a lie. The customer service reps were difficult to deal with and could offer no solutions. I eventually cancel my entire order and will never be purchasing from them again. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in a long, long time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to clarify several important points regarding your order.
First of all, the item that was not immediately available clearly showed the estimated waiting time on the product page before the order was placed. This information is always displayed so that customers are fully aware of the delivery time before confirming their purchase. In addition, you were also notified by email that the item was not available at the time. Therefore, it is not correct to say that there was no communication about the delay.
Secondly, no payment was taken from your card. Our system charges the payment only when the order is shipped. Since your order was never shipped, no amount was charged.
Regarding the partial cancellation you requested, as explained several times by email, our system allows the removal only of items that are not available, not items that are already available and prepared within the order. For this reason, the requested modification was not technically possible. Nevertheless, several alternative solutions were offered to you, but none of them were acceptable for you.
As per your request, the entire order was eventually cancelled.
