Painting was delivered to wrong address
I was really looking forward to receiving my painting, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
The package was delivered to the wrong address, and when I contacted customer service, I didn’t receive any response for almost two weeks. The only time my case seemed to get any attention was after I opened a refund claim. Even then, the claim was declined almost immediately with the explanation that the order had been delivered. Yes, it had been delivered—but not to me.
In the end, I had to track down the incorrect delivery address myself and collect the package on my own. Thankfully, I managed to recover it, but I don’t think customers should have to solve delivery issues themselves while being ignored by customer support.
The painting itself is lovely, but the way my case was handled, the lack of communication, and the long response times were very disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Looking back at our exchange, we reached out the same day you flagged the issue with the UPS delivery details showing where the parcel had been left, and followed up later to offer sending a replacement free of charge in case you hadn't been able to track it down.

Beware of import tax for UK customers
Kuriosis have an amazing selection of prints and canvases but UK customers need to be made aware at the point of sale of that they will incur additional import charges on receipt of the product. After waiting a month for my order to arrive, I was shocked to receive a bill of £40 for import tax. Had I been made aware of these hidden costs I would not have purchased from Kuriosis. I believe that Kuriosis are deliberately concealing these costs from UK customers

We completely understand the frustration of an unexpected charge. To be clear: import duties are charged by the UK government, not by Kuriosis.
This applies to any order shipped from outside the EU, the same happens with Switzerland, Norway, the USA, and Canada. We never receive any part of that charge; it goes straight to customs.
This is also explained in our shipping policy (https://kuriosis.com/policies/shipping-policy)
We put a lot of care into producing our art prints in-house, and we really hope you're enjoying the quality.

Shipping, paper quality and colors really good. Image quality okay.
Fast shipping and good packaging. The paper quality is really good, also colors look vibrant. The only issue is the print is slightly pixelated when you look from close (it was 50x70) so the image quality is not amazing. But from a distance it's impossible to see it.

Very happy with their print
I bought several prints from Kuriosis and I was satisfied with all of them. Unfortunately once I received a wrong print, different from the one ordered, and Customer Care promtly solved the issue offerring me a free print of my choice to be added at the new shipment. I strongly reccomend Kuriosis.
