Exceptional customer service
Great choice of products here but what keeps me going back is the exceptional customer support and service from Kim. I asked for help when choosing a cleanser and moisturizer for my reactive skin and I got great advice and recommendations that didn’t cost the earth - literally. Very happy with this company.

I love this shop!
I love this shop! Everytime I email Nina for advice about which products she would recommend for my skin, she emails me different products to choose from and advice on how to use them. Shipping is always very quick, too. Will keep returning to buy skincare products here!

Product Review.
I like the moisturising S.NATURE product. It's great for dry skin! It's a pretty good product because its a hydrating, no greasy finish product. It gives me no breakouts. I combine it with CeraVe Blemish control Cleanser. I nearly have clear skin!

Poor customer service two weeks and still waiting “shamble”
I might be the first customer to give her one star for exceptionally poor customer experience. However there are so many people on her insta page expressing the same view as me. Ordered from her website it’s been two weeks tomorrow and still waiting. If it was coming from China or India I can understand but she’s based in London UK and can’t deliver… very disappointing experience
