Time wasters, on a car with more than 30k€ of work they initially agreed a decent reserve price and after taken all pictures, endless discussions and over a month of faffing around they said they want a 30k€ reserve price or won'tgo live. Stay away, there are much better companies out there.

Edit: they flagged this review for defamation. Unbelievable. You won't get away with it.

Car was sold, transport deviation of the car to Chec Republic with no proactive resolution of the incident. As Buyer the guarantees are very low and of high risk.

I found my dream car on Kickdown, the reserve was not met but I knew I had to have it. Moritz (sales agent) was very helpful on persuading the ovner to eventualy sell the Porsche 964 Targa to me.
I was skeptic on transfering the money and not seeing or checking the car in person but the info on the car was acurate and reasuring that I am not buying a crap car.
In the end everything worked out great and you got another satisfied customer.

Great spot. Heaps of room, for parking, camping and in the event itself. Plenty of shade provided to get outta the hot sun, plenty of food venders, plenty of good relaxed vibes...finally great band line up, Top PA with excellent sound quality and volume. Spot on.

Top Service

The team at Kickdown and their platform itself are second to none. I listed a Land Rover Series 3 with them in 2021 and had a great experience. Although I did not sell my car through their platform in the end, the auction worked flawlessly. Even after the auction had ended, the team was super supportive. If you want to give an auction a try, I cannot recommend Kickdown highly enough.

In general terms, the service is OK, but I think it can be improved. I send one question during the live auction and was not answered by the seller and no support has been given by your expert, even when I win the auction I ask to your representative about the incomming process and he did not answer me. I think also a escrow account service, like the one that other online auction sites have, should be very convenient to bring trust to the buyer. The feeling that I have now is "ok, yo won the bid, now is your problem, forget about us"
