Fast shipping, the same day as I made an order. Items come as described.
One-star is deducted for 2 reasons.
First, I sent a question through website (I got a confirmation email stated the message was well received) but I never get any reply from Kitatori.
Second, I tried to buy few items showing “in stock”. I selected and continued to payment section. Then, the transactions were just interrupted as the platform showed that the items were not available. It happened few times.

I apologise if you have not received a response to your request througt de website, this is a mistake on my part.
Regarding the problem you encountered ordering items in stock, I checked the history, the two cat mugs are indeed in stock, you had put them in your basket and had launched the payment transaction. At this point, you're redirected to the secure area of the payment provider and our system receives the Checkout Processing information, which changes the actual stock from 2 to 0 as soon as you've started the transaction. (This is important because if another person orders an identical product at the same time, we won't be able to fulfil both orders.) Next, you haven't validated the payment with the provider and the transaction has remained open for 40 minutes, after which time the transaction is automatically cancelled by the payment provider. At this point, we receive a payment error message, the items are back in stock and can be ordered again. The two mugs could no longer be ordered during this period.
It's a bit technical, but I couldn't make it any simpler ...
Since you placed your order, we've improved the legibility of the product pages. You can now see the number of items in stock directly at the top of the description. This information changes automatically as soon as you add an item to your basket, to give you the number of items available in addition to what you already have in your basket.
Thank you again for sharing your experience and I hope you will find that the improvements we have made to the product pages enhance the experience on our site.

Kitatori-thoughtful, attentive, high quality and fun
Kitatori could not have been more accommodating. I needed to send something to a family member in Switzerland and was looking for someone local who had what I needed. They not only had a wide selection of lovely items together with some fun finds, but were incredibly responsive when I ran into an issue ordering from overseas. They solved the issue the very next morning and offered to gift wrap the presents and include a gift card when they learned I wasn't in country. They even sent a photo of the items all wrapped and ready to ship so I could see what the recipient would when they opened the package.
Lovely products combined with thoughtful and attentive service--it was such a pleasure working with Kitatori. I'll definitely be back when it's time to find birthday presents.
