We just ordered a meal at KFC DonauPlex in Vienna. I have eaten KFC IN 20 countries over the last 50+ years … and this was the worst experience EVER.

This franchise should be closed!!!!!!!!!

If it’s written Open at 11 am, why it’s closed and the say wait other 10 minutes? You enter at 11:30 when they look already tired as donkeys wearing cement. They aren’t even ready and you must wait other 30 minutes. So, how does it work? If you call to Order on line, you better Go there because you end up recalling. It isn’t the first time. The employées change but the superficiality Grows. We aren’t pidgeons and if you still have a salary , you know who thank

How is it that you guys can take an AWESOME American franchise and trash it here in Germany?

Almost every KFC that I have tried in Germany has managed to turn the food into a lukewarm mess, with flavors that taste NOTHNG like back home, for what KFC is known and recognized -- "Finger lickin'GOOD!"

The problem is in QC first. And then employees who don't care.

Avoid the Skyline Center store in Frankfurt.

Sad...

The original chicken is dryer than my hair and they all taste like something I could buy on temu. The only good things I can buy there are: Wet wipes, wicked wings and zinger burgers which are ok. The rest? Never want to eat them again. Dry fries that seem like they've been microwaved and soggy nuggets that feel like have been in a washing machine.

Not only the food, but they always give me the wrong order, and when I ask them about it respectfully they roll their eyes like i'm a pest.

I love when staff is making fun of customers, yes I came in quite late, but it does say that they are still working, then I see them scavenging for pieces of chicken for my order and laughing at me, additionally I asked to look at ingredients in English as I have an allergy but I was laughed at again and told that the menu is in English even though it was just the name, very unhappy with staff and their team members, paid full price as well. One of the staff members, was like “Seriously?” they wanted me to hear it but too coward to say it to me

They suck chicken bad hard fries stale hard chicken pink all inside we didn't like it at all but bought some more that suppose to be fresh it tasted the same instead of them.offerring it free so we paid double for not one but ,3 stale old meals that's not not good customer service but we shouldn't expect any different every time we go to Kentucky on Buckingham they always disappoint us they food suck !!!! And tell me why the skin on the original chicken looked to dry not moist like original skin look I hope wish and pray they close this place and put something else right there I think they are a Karen..

I was scammed by an Advertisement on Facebook of KFC it showed that you can get a meal instead of 25.63 , 1.95 Euro without noticing when I clicked proceed to payment that it got me to another website to make the payment for named Vacayfuntime.com and they charged me 2Euros and said that I got a subscription that I never asked for bunch of Scammers.

Okay, I.brought some chicken they had forsale, it tasted really delicious, and the drinks where occasionally too high for a 20 Oz, for $3.40 , I kind of think it was a mishap.Because I use too work for there, and it's a great place to work,I would have doubled checked, to make sure we don't lose our costumers. In all great presentation matters when negativeness don't.

My sister, her husband and my son went to KFC Neunkirchen on 27.12.24. Son had a kids chicken tender meal, my sister had a vegetarian meal and her husband had the zinger burger meal.
All came home and after a few hours were violently sick with food poisoning.
Considering they hadn't eaten anything else, it was very obvious they all had the same issue.
What is shocking is that my sister obviously didn't have meat, she had a vegetarian meal. So clearly the cleanliness of the place is disgusting as there must be some cross contamination involved.
Will never be eating there again.
Phoned the next day to let the KFC restaurant know that they may need to be aware of more cases of food poisoning and got a very aggressive, defensive answer from the restaurant manager, who didn't seem to take this seriously.

She was rude, and rolle her eyes at me for not understanding her. Then she forgot some of My order.

I’ve been a regular customer at KFC, and I must say, the new update of the app in Germany has significantly enhanced my dining experience. The convenience of browsing the menu and ordering food while commuting is a game-changer. It allows me to efficiently use my time, making the process of getting my favorite meals quicker and more enjoyable as soon as I arrive at the restaurant. This has been a fantastic improvement, and I really appreciate the effort put into making our lives easier and our dining experiences more pleasant.

That being said, there’s a minor hiccup that I hope can be addressed in future updates. Each time I open the app, I’m required to log in, which can be a bit cumbersome, especially when I’m in a hurry. It would be great to have a „Remember Me“ option or a more streamlined login process to maintain the app’s efficiency and user-friendliness. Also it would be great if the images of the menus could have a larger font.

I’m looking forward to this improvement and am excited to continue enjoying the excellent service and delicious food at KFC. Keep up the great work!

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FELT CHEATED!! At the KFC location on Cortez Rd in Bradenton Florida, I ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken with sides which came out to over $35. When I got home the majority of the chicken was soo small that you could hardly see any chicken on it and the sides were not even filled up ti the top of the container. I guess I should have checked out the chicken pieces before they were put in the bucket!!!
This is a ripoff and very disappointed in KFC. The staff is young and just dont care about taking care of the customer.
They took advantage of a loyal customer. This will be posted on all social media sites to make people know not to go here.

Absoutly rotten years ago you used to love it it but now there is no taste gravy is like wallpaper paste

Tauentzienstraße, Berlin: Boxes and burgers of chicken were cold and spongy, not crisp. Fries were soft, restaurant loud and not clean and service upright rude - not to mention slow and incorrect in providing the correct amount ordered. Will not be returning and will not recommend.

KFC’s in Germany are absolutely horrible. Don’t eat in KFS’s in Germany! I’ve tried it two times and it was enough for me to understand not to eat there ever.
Super expansive, one of the most expansive fast food restaurants. NOT taste and bad quality of food, for example “wings” which are known as the main course, are oily, greasy and mild, you feel only taste of an oil. Drinks feels like too much water in it. And menu is not comfortable, doesn’t exist any good combinations. I am from Ukraine and I ate a lot of KFC’s, so I know how to compare. And in Ukraine KFC is very good, many times better than in Germany and cheaper 4 times.

Kentucky fried chicken in Alzenau was very friendly and the service was excellent. Food tastes very good 😊
