I was very disappointed with a…
I was very disappointed with a situation that happened recently. I believe there could have been more flexibility. My partner and I have been applying since the end of last year, and this April we were selected. However, around the same time, my partner lost his job.
We have financial stability and a strong history, so this was a temporary situation that would likely be resolved quickly. Because of this, we were told that we were not eligible, even though we meet all the criteria and our annual income is still above the required level.
This happened at a time when this was supposed to be a solution for us. Our landlord has asked us to leave the property, and we need to move out by June. What was once a source of hope has now become a disappointment, and I feel there could have been more understanding in this situation.
