gorgeous, incredibly well made and worth every penny
Honestly im absolutely chuffed with my boots and the whole experience with Kali Shoes!
I ordered one custom pair and one regular pair and the communication from start to finish was brilliant. every time I had a question customer support got back to me really quickly and were always so helpful and lovely to deal with!
the boots did take a little while to arrive but … they were more than worth the wait. and as a UK customer I didn’t have to pay any customs charges because Kali Shoes covers them which was a massive bonus.
The quality is unreal!!! the leather is so soft and the craftsmanship is spot on. they re also surprisingly breathable and don’t make my feet too hot even in warmer weather.
the thing that shocked me most is how comfortable they are. I genuinely keep forgetting im wearing heels they honestly feel more like slippers than boots!
they are gorgeous, incredibly well made and worth every penny. This was my first order from Kali Shoes but it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you for everything I’m completely obsessed❤️ xx

Sadly I had 2 different pairs of shoes…
Sadly I had 2 different pairs of shoes delivered over a 3 month period, both incorrectly sized. Complete denial from the company, despite the images and measurements that I had taken, to the point that I was stopped over £40 in shipping...even though the products were faulty. I ordered first in November 2025 and eventually got a refund in April 2026.
Not impressed at all.
Oh they wanted to give me a voucher, which I declined.

Sadly because you or I say something, it does not make it true.
You received images of the soles of the first pair of shoes to show the incorrect sizing and on the 2nd pair, you were sent images of the tape measured size of the width of the boots - which were nearly 1/2" difference.
On both occasions you did not accept liability.
You did not pay for any shoes to be posted to me, your inadequate refund shows that.
As I said just because it is stated, does not mean it is true.
I'm more than happy to show these images on here, if there is an option for that to happen?

we are genuinely sorry to read your review, especially after the extensive support and assistance we provided throughout your order experience.
To ensure full transparency for anyone reading, we would like to clarify the situation.
Your first request concerned what you believed to be an incorrect size. Although our internal checks later confirmed that the pair was correctly produced, we still arranged and fully covered the return shipping costs from the UK, including customs-related expenses, as a gesture of goodwill and customer care.
Once the returned pair arrived back at our workshop, we sent you a new pair in a larger size, again at our expense.
After receiving the replacement, you informed us that the fit still did not meet your personal preferences. At that stage, the product was confirmed to be compliant and free from manufacturing defects.
Regarding the final return, as clearly stated on our website, customs duties and return-related import costs for UK orders are the responsibility of the customer following Brexit regulations. Despite this, we still tried to support you beyond our standard policy by issuing a gift card equivalent to the deducted amount.
We always do our best to assist every customer with fairness, transparency, and care, especially considering that every pair is handmade in Italy by our artisans.
We are sorry that, despite all the efforts made on our side over several months, your experience did not meet your expectations.

They really are beautiful and the hand made work is excellent👌
I can even wear them in a party! And last, but not least, NOBODY ELSE has 100% equal😃, because my wish to have the boots very simple, without any decoration or sews, had been listened and that is what I especially appreciate, custom made artisan work👌🌹🌿
