Defective item returned to the company at my own expense. They refused to reimburse €1,60 postage.
It’s not a lot but the principle and poor customer service over such a small amount of money has lost them yet another customer.
Well it is Halloween and my daughter needed a costume. I saw their page on instagram. And i was skeptical i habe go admit. But i was pleasantly surprised. Instead of the 25th it arrived 4 days earlier. Safely packed. Great quality and my daughter is thrilled with it. I will definitely buy again

Being able to respond to queries and ship products quickly is a must for a costume store, particularly in the run up to Halloween. This company fails to do both. Granted, our order was placed a little late - 10 days before Halloween - but this should have been plenty of time, given that we are in the same country (Germany).
Wrong. Kostume.com sat on the order for a whole five days without any updates at all. You CANNOT email them at the info@ address - it bounces. You CANNOT submit a query through the website - the form is broken. You CANNOT reach them on the telephone, as they do not answer.
With just a few days left until Halloween, we are still waiting for the costume. DHL (the worst company in the world, in my opinion) are saying it will be delivered on Saturday. 4 days for domestic shipping?
Kostume.com, you are a disgrace to your market and if the product does not arrive in time for our Halloween, we have no need for it and it will be sent back to you on horseback after PayPal refunds my money. Shame on you!
