Good customer experience!
When my shipping was late, customer service was very quick and effective. After this, delivery followed quickly. Not all chairs were easy to assemble because the holes were sometimes nog aligned ideally, but it all worked out in the end. I’m happy with my purchase!

Initially, one of the chairs arrived with a tiny missing part (the floor protector). However, customer service was very quick to respond and offered a solution right away. The issue was resolved smoothly, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience and I’m very pleased with both the product and the service.

Terrible experience purchasing chairs
Terrible customer experience and broken promises.
We ordered 6 chairs and, realizing there was an address error just minutes after confirming, we immediately emailed customer service. The company explicitly confirmed that the chairs would be returned to their warehouse and then reshipped to the correct address.
The result? The chairs were delivered to a pick-up point far from our home. Despite their initial commitment, customer service simply told us to go pick them up ourselves—which is impossible without a car for 6 chairs.
It gets worse: once the chairs were finally sent back to the warehouse, we were told they were no longer available because they had been on sale. We are being forced into a refund with no other solution offered, even though we had already purchased them and a reshipping agreement was in place.
There is clearly a total lack of communication between the sales department and the warehouse. We are now left with a table bought elsewhere specifically to match these chairs, and no support from the company. The lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer is unacceptable. Avoid this company.

For transparency, we would like to clarify a few points for future readers. From the moment you contacted us, our customer service team remained in continuous contact, including during public holidays, to support you throughout the delivery process. When the address issue arose after dispatch, we explained the available options in advance, including the fact that the shipment might be redirected to a pick-up point and that collection could be required if the carrier was unable to redeliver.
Once the chairs were returned to our warehouse, the specific model in question was unfortunately no longer available, as it had been part of a limited promotional sale and was discontinued. In such cases, we are regrettably unable to reship the same items. As a solution, we offered a full refund and additionally shared alternative dining chair options from our catalogue that were available under similar conditions.
We understand that this outcome was not what you had hoped for, especially as you had planned your table purchase around these chairs. However, we must also apply the same stock and promotional conditions consistently and fairly to all customers.
We regret that we could not reach a resolution that satisfied you, but we thank you for your feedback, which is shared internally to further improve coordination and communication processes.

Stay away Nordic chair weave!
Do not purchase the Nordic chair with weaved seat!
I bought 8 dining chairs end of November following a previous order I made in 2024 and unfortunately the quality of the weaved seat is not the same as in the past, with the tightness of the weave not the same for all chairs in this order. One chair you can push a golf ball through the hole in the middle of the seat.
The company refused my offer of an exchange or an upgrade (that I was willing to pay for) stating that this is not a manufacturing default but rather a feature of weave, because I am passed the 14 day return and at 25 days passed delivery.
Any chair that can not keep its integrity after 4 weeks of use ( including by a
10yrs old) is not worth purchasing. Very disappointing!!!

The woven seat used in this model is a flexible material by design, and variations in tension or appearance after initial use are considered normal characteristics of this type of weave. At the time of your contact, the chairs were structurally intact and did not present a confirmed manufacturing defect as defined under our warranty terms. As the chairs were already in use and beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, a return, exchange, or upgrade was therefore not possible at that stage.
That said, we want to reassure you and future readers that if the weave were to actually break or fail structurally under normal use, we would of course review the case immediately and provide an appropriate solution in line with our warranty obligations.
We regret that we could not offer a different outcome at this time and appreciate you sharing your experience. Feedback such as yours is taken seriously and is forwarded internally for ongoing product evaluation.
